Juan is horrible with communication and keeping commitments. He often does not show up when he tells you he will show up. He is unreliable. He has been working on a project for me for 4 months now with continued promises that he does not keep. I continue to get the run around and this has been extremely frustrating. He broke my marble window sill while doing granite in the kitchen and has been incompetent to take care of the issue and have it repaired. This has been exhausting for me. He ignores my texts and will not return the broken marble. He occasional responds to just continue false promises that he does not keep.

Ive had a bad experience. Back in April they showed up to measure the two places that I needed granite for. I selected remnants at their location. I also gave them a $700 deposit. Its now 5 months later and I dont have my granite, my money returned, and get very little to any response from Juan.

I updated this post because they showed up. On May 8th, Ivan came and measured. We picked out a granite top on May 9th and wrote a check for $1380 which was cashed that day. On May 11th, they said they were on their way to deliver it. They never showed up. On May 12th we waited for the delivery and installation and they did not show up. On May 13th, we had an appointment at 11, they did not show up. On May 14th we had another appointment at 12, they did not show up. Finally they said they would come on May 18th. On May 18th, we called Juan, he said that Ivan quit a week ago, and had been stringing us along. He said he would come on the 18th to measure again. Sure enough, after waiting all day, he did not show up. He then said he would come on the 20th to measure which he did. He said that Ivan had been lying to us, and that we could trust him, that he was not going to lose his license and business over 1380. He showed us the piece if granite we picked out, it was at his shop, uncarved. I dont know what they were trying to deliver. Then he said we would have our granite by the latest Thursday, May 23rd. On Thursday, it was not ready. Then he said Friday, May 24th. On Friday it was not ready. Then he said he would have it by May 27th, but it was memorial day. He finally came on Tuesday May 28th and got it installed. We got two double square sinks and it looks great.
