Excellent customer service and fantastic selection of granite! Even with COVID-19 going on, they were more than happy to assist me. They even moved an entire row of slabs so I could see every single one and personal select the slabs I wanted! We ended up with a beautiful slab at an amazing price!!!

Loved this place. Its definitely higher end marble and granite, but they also have some great deals on certain pieces. The guys really know what they are talking about and are so accommodating. I loved my experience here.

I ordered granite from Italia through the company I had installing my new counters. They were PHENOMENAL to work with! When my granite arrived at the install company, they noticed that the style of rock Id chosen had some tiny cracks and met me at Italia to take a look at other slabs. The owner himself came outside, after a sales rep told him why I was there, and washed off several slabs so we could check the others. I was so stoked we found what I needed! Id been to at least 10 warehouses to find the perfect granite! Its been over a year and im still in love! In fact, im headed back to look at more for my next project!

Horrible Customer Service. I am a Contractor and was treated very poorly( cursing, Sales rep told me he didnt care for my business) with my first experience with this company, when i tried to contact management they didnt care and informed me that nothing would be done because the Sales Rep has worked there for so long. I only write this review to caution others to not deal with a company like this that doesnt have respect for customers.

Italia is the best supplier of natural stone in the state. The customer service is absolutely great.

The sales associate, Paul is the worst person to work with. He has no business class & is extremely unprofessional. Do not do any business with Italia Granite and stay far away from Paul. Hes super shady and does sketchy business. Very unethical.
