Very good... Especially for Murray... Largest meat section, wide aisles.. good produce selection.... Its definitely worthy of the stop... It has more variety than Walmart easily..

Coming from Indiana, their clearance items were actually priced for clearance. The Murray Kroger should use stickers that say mark down instead of clearance... Even the floral bouquets are marked down but listed as clearance.Half of the employees are very kind & helpful, while the other half are rude, condescending, or (even worse!) look right through you, like youre not there.The pharmacy ALWAYS has a line or a 45min wait, whether doc calls it in or you drop off a paper script. A few of the pharm-techs are exceptionally helpful & kind.

Krogers is ALWAYS a great place to shop! I would really like to thank the employees in the meat department. They r always friendly & SOOO helpful. If I dont see what I need on the shelf in meat dept., all I have to do is ask and they will do whatever they can to help. GREAT EMPLOYEES. Thank u so much for all your help.

Not supplied on varieties of different products. Low on beef products. No gerber vegetable beef baby food 2nd or 3rd stage.

Im leaving 5 stars because the sushi here is the best in town for the price!

If you actually only eat organic, whole food, this store doesnt have squat. I would starve to death if I had to depend on this store for my need. Kroger, you need to get with the program, and start selling a lot more, and large variety, of organic produce.

Shopping wasnt so bad but the lady running the shelf checkout was very rude and nasty towards us and many other patrons as we were checking out. Definitely ruined my experience there and wont be back.

Has so many good items from milk to seasonal. The meats are a good price like the Hamburgers the chicken even is a good price. Has so many nice people who work there. Has a good amount of people checking you out when your ready. They are quick to help if you need it just look for one of the nice workers.

I love what Kroger offers. That being said Ive tried coming multiple times a week and they are ALWAYS out of something I need. Shelves dont stay stocked well enough. Also... Very hot and miss when it comes to having the lotion I need. They dont have it more that they do. That doesnt make sense to me...

This store has a fresh seafood and meat counter! The first one Ive seen in the five years since I moved here from Iowa! Amazing! They have things you cant find anywhere else! A fresh sushi bar, an olive bar! So cool!

It was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We see people we know and enjoy visiting a little. The Edwards pies were on sale we like to have them in the freezer Doris workman

I have twice to the store to yesterday and today to Kroger brand Honey Roasted Oat cereal but the shelf was empty. I also was looking for Star Crunch Cookies with Caramel and Crisp Rice but could not find them on the shelf. This has happened more than once with different products. I love to shop at Kroger but it is becoming a hassle when shelves are often empty.

Wonderful place to shop. There is a large selection from fresh seafood on ice to some of the best beef you will eat. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

Good (normal) Kroger shopping experience. Store in midst of remodel that will soon expand market hot food prepared items! Parking lot a tad dark.

The store is great...the employees inside and at gas pumps are all courteous, friendly and helpful but if you use a debit card at the gas pump get ready for an overnight hold of $125.57 on your bank account!

The best grocery store within many miles! Reminds me of the better Seattle area grocery stores, right down to the excellent sushi counter!

I would give them a five but their customer service lacks tact and class. The store is clean, bathrooms are clean, pharmacy is quick and accurate. Best selection of fruits and veggies. They have a huge selection of cheeses and meat. But if you have a question or problem most employees are NOT happy to stop and help. If I have a problem or question I will either just leave or not purchase the item in question.

This Kroger is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here regularly and am always disappointed when visiting other Krogers. The produce is the best in town!

Super nice, clean store. Employees are top-notch, and very helpful. My two toddlers love the toddler grocery carts they love pushing them around, and it actually does make shopping easier without having to push a cart yourself. LOL.

Almost always have good experiences at Kroger in Murray, Kentucky. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The only problem I have had is not being able to find a product I need, and usually it is because the product has not been delivered to the store yet. I have also had an issue with the Kroger coupons that are mailed, hopefully that problem has been taken care of . If a rating was asked for, I definitely would give Kroger a 10+, love my Krogers !!

Surprisingly good variety for a small town Kroger. Sushi is pretty good too. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful.The web site is atrocious, and the in store wi-fi is sub par on a good day (hard to update your Kroger app), but the former is not under their control.

We travel 45 minutes each way passing two other Krogers in our own town to shop here. This one puts the ones in Paducah to shame. Murrays is cleaner, larger selection especially if you need gluten free, and still has better deals and prices. I only hope that some day our Krogers will come close.

Awesome sushi and olive bars, live lobster available, massive frozen section, and they have their own gas station where you can get a discount for every hundred bucks you spend in store. Great place to stock up for the month!

Went to this Kroger for first time in long time. I am going to go back to shopping there. Everything so easy to find and friendly people.

Love this Kroger. Only negative is the grocery bagging, and thats only sometimes. Probably deserve 5 stars but my wife says bagging is lacking.

Diego is a very kind, respectfull, and genuine worker here. He has a great energy, and erveytime we go here he makes people laugh around him. he has such a natural careing personality that people and other workers should take note of. I wish you could run into a person like him everywhere you go... This man definitely deserves some recognition for making peoples day so much better!

Food selection is pretty good(Besides somethings being somewhat pricey), but most of the employees are rude and not the brightest. The items in the store are almost always being move to different shelf. Last time I tried to buy alcohol with my teenager beside me, I was told that she had to go outside, this wasnt a problem before! Total nonsense and nowhere in the Kentucky alcohol laws does it say that a minor has to leave a GROCERY STORE for an adult over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. The alcohol is kept on an open refrigerated shelf, making it easy for minors to obtain it anyways. Ive been a customer for years, but this store has really gone down hill. Its to the point now that Im seriously thinking about going to a new store. Shame on you, Kroger.
