WoW!! Thank you, thank you! I was referred to Mike with Custom Finish Supply Company as the new Barn Door we had purchased from another company was just over an inch too tall for it to be installed. So we needed it cut. It was not made out of real wood and when I called and spoke with Mike he immediately took action. He was very helpful after I explained our situation and we were able to drop off the door within an hour of my phone call. His team had it cut, sanded and 100% ready within hours! It is now hung in our remodeled basement and it looks perfect! Thanks again Mike and your team of experts! I plan to use them again in our future builds and remodels!

The quality of the materials and product are excellent. Ive ordered a few different doors from this company, and they all were completed in the timeframe expected. The downside is the 2/3rds of the doors were not correct, wrong panel design, wrong size jamb, jamb not primed. The first time, I contacted them to explain the problem, but they wouldnt take responsibility for it. The next doors I made sure I was very specific about every detail. When they still not quite right, Ive given up. This is not a company for individuals, but for builders Im sure theyre great.
