Huetter Mill & Cabinets have done a wonderful job in my home. I have used them twice and both times I have not been disappointed. Ive never experienced the salty attitudes expressed in some of these reviews. They may be a bit spendy for small jobs and they do have an employee that takes his time but he makes up for it in fantastic work. I would recommend Huetter Mill to anyone.

There customer service is awesome. I needed some boards planed and didnt have friends that had a table planer. When I contacted them, they said to bring in the boards and that they would take a look at what needed to be done.I gave them the weird measurements and they guy said he would be right back. I few minutes later my boards were cut and it looked nice. They did such a great job and saved my project.I will be returning to these guys.

Showed up based on a referral and the lady at the front was unfriendly, argumentative, and rushed us through a consultation in 7 minutes and 35 seconds!We left more confused than we entered but we have a catalog dog eared with what we want based on... well, not really sure to be honest... she didnt ask us any question except whether we wanted black or oil brushed for our railing.Yeah, we will redo our stairs with another company. Even if we overlooked the first impression, we wouldnt want our railing system treated with the same rushed begrudging additude.

The entire experience was horrible!! Their showroom is only open until 4:30.. My husband and I rushed over their after work for some information... We were immediately told they closed at 4:30. The woman at the desk was condescending and rude. It was obvious her priority was to get her out of her showroom as quickly as possible so she could leave.

Ordered a newel, metal balusters, and rail for a remodel indicated at the time of purchase if I changed my mind if I could return the items and the sales person indicated there wouldnt be a problem. Two weeks later I decided to go a different route and they charged me a 10% restocking fee. Indicated if it was within 3 days they wouldnt charge me but since it was two weeks they needed to charge me. They had nothing on the receipt indicating a restocking fee would be assessed.

Great customer service and fast turnaround

The woman at the showroom is awful. So rude. So unhelpful. I don’t know why you would ever have someone like that be the face of your company. Horrible customer service. When we spoke to other people about our experience, they shared similar encounters with the same woman. And Huetter prices are much higher than other local cabinetry mills. Suffice to say, we will not be back.
