Its an average storage unit with average rates. The storage units are older and have issues with opening. Also get cotton and bugs in the unit due to not being fully enclosed. Also not temp controlled. But just for basic storage it is good. Employees check up on you and offer to help which is nice.

The gates are large and easy to access. The monthly price is not too expensive. The people working here are very kind. The only drawback is some of the roads between units are very uneven and you will scrape your car if you arent looking infront of you.

Hey, I gotta say Thomas is a great guy, super friendly and knows how to take care of their clients. He will always help out in any way he can. They are an amazing company. Ive been with them for about 18 months, and whenever I have had concerns they were always available to help. They even give away free months rent, which I was a recipient of several months ago. Ill keep my storage here as long as I live here in the Salt Lake area. Thanks Thomas. Youre a good man. We need more people like you in this world. I forget your assistants name but he is just as helpful. Thanks for all you guys do! Hope you guys enjoy your New Year!!!

The know how to take care of their customers. Stuff happens in life and when I got behind on my rent, they worked with me so I didnt loose my stuff. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The prices are unbeatable. The only thing I would like to have changed would be the access hours. Many thanks to the staff!!!

This place, is amazing! When times are tough, these guys are understanding and easy to work with. I dont know how many times my storage went into lien and almost put up for auction! These guys will work with you and are patient as heck!!! When it came time to move out, I was given extra time because weather wasnt permitting and help wasnt available. They were kind to me, even though I was a pain in the butt!! The owner is great! Just keep in contact and CALL them! No matter what! They will work with you! Thanks guys!

I was told where to return a U-haul truck I rented from here. However, they were in the middle of repaving and so I couldn’t park there. I parked it slightly farther down in the correct parking lot, returned the keys, and told the office manager where I had parked the truck, because of the repaving equipment. However, I got an email two days later telling me they had tried contacting me (they hadn’t) because I hadn’t returned the truck. Excuse me? So I called, and it turns out they hadn’t looked where I told the office manager I had returned the truck, and just assumed I still had it (despite the fact that they had the keys). I called and no one even apologized for giving me the scare of my life. The truck was there the whole time.

Good hard working staff and really good prices in Salt Lake area. Id give five stars if the owners would accept the fact that its past time to hire a roofing contractor to repair areas that need it.

My boyfriend and I were doing a last minute move to a new house and we needed dollys but forgot to pick them up during our reservation time at this place. We came when the store was 4 hours past close. We were heart broken Cause moving would have been near impossible.As we were about to leave the guy in charge (I forget is name but he was so so sweet) came out and helped us out anyway. He totally saved our butts. He got us the dollys we needed and was super sweet. Without him we would have been totally screwed. We are eternally grateful

These guys are great. There is 2 men to run this place and theyre both fabulous. Helpful, and on time, theyve perfected this biz,.. do not use public storage. . . Theyll take every thing you own for having hardship that caused you to be late 30 days. But these guys here at storage plus, actually care about people theyre going not takers. I give them 5 stars. If I ever need storage again Ill be back because you earned my trust.

The manager is a nazzi, I told him what I was doing before I moved in, my ex girlfriend I rented a unit for, I got her to put it in her name, now I have the hippie nazzi harassing me every day I am there, I paid several months in advance, Im sure I will have to sue to get refund, he is I lier, and will snoop in your unit, dont make the mistake of renting here

Not to bad of a storage facility

We had our unit broken into recently and took a heavy loss. Management was not helpful at all. Be sure to ask them if all the cameras on the property are real. You may be in for a surprise.

My unit was broken into and all my tools were taken, and Management wasnt helpful at all and now they are raising my rate again.

Access to units was a little tight if others there
