Good selection and prices. They delivered and installed same day. Washer is running fine the first couple of washes.One sales person mentioned delivery was running about two days out, but even that still beats the weeks I would have had to wait for a new washer.

BEWARE! BUY ONLY IF YOU WANT A USED PRODUCT!! The website says everything is new/open box and three employees promised everything is NEW just open box. I bought a Whirlpool gas dryer on 6/2/2020 based off of the whirlpool electric model they had in stock and a guarantee from an employee that it would be delivered brand new on 6/5/2020 at noon. After multiple promises of delivery times and ignoring me the USED dryer was delivered today 6/6/2020, close to 8pm. Delivery guy was very nice, helpful and apologized for it being so late. I appreciated that. He set up my gas dryer as I paid for them to install it and I tipped him before he left because that’s the respectful thing to do. Once he left I took the tape off of it and soon as I opened the door it reeked of fresh paint, the metal vent inside is dented and partially spray painted to cover rust, the lint catcher has lint and hair in it. Thankfully I have time stamped pictures of the dryer. Sure hope this business makes this right ASAP as this is just the beginning of my disappointment. I wanted to support this local Murriteta, CA business and this is how I am treated as a customer. All I wanted was good customer service and a new product as promised.

Great staff and good deal. Bought a new refrigerator that I was looking at Lowe’s for a better price. I’m sure it just worked out this way but they delivered it same day as well. Definitely going to see them in the future for other appliances needs. Thanks again

Absolutely horrible,I had such high hopes for this little local business. We needed a new fridge for parties. So, I wasnt looking to spend a lot. We found a nice used refrigerator with a great price. He said he just needed to check the ice machine. He asked me to leave a deposit and I declined since he was still checking it out. I go back the next business day. (Monday) after messaging him in the morning and telling him I wanted it. I get there and was told it had been sold since I didnt leave a deposit. The other other customer didnt mind that the ice maker didnt work. It was first come first serve. Ok, fine. They show me a stainless steel for the same price also used just needed to be cleaned and handles added. Ok, ill take it. I leave a deposit and delivery is set to come between 12 and 2. We called 3 times since we never received a courtesy call from them. 1st call at 2pm we were told they were running late and will be here between 4pm and 6pm. Called again at 6pm and was told they had a flat and will be here once its fixed. Called at 8 was told they were at the shop picking up the fridge and I had the option of the stainless steel or the white one since said customer changed their mind. At this point I was ok with the stainless steele so I stuck with that. They respond saying they cant find the screws to the handle and can deliver the fridge and return to add the handle when the find the screws..NO! Just bring the white one. They arrive at 9:00pm and my husband handles everything as I was just beyond frustrated and didnt want to deal with it. Afterwards, I get up to take a look and this is not the same refrigerator, its dirty, dented, and awful. I would have never agreed to this. Im more than sure this is some fridge they picked up today and ran to the shop to clean it up and test it which would explain why it wasnt on the truck from the beginning. Bait and switch!! Do not buy from this company!!! You dont know what you are going to get or when you are going to get it.
