These workers know what they are doing. The man came out and checked using a hand held device to see if our Alternator was bad. It was not. This was a blessing to us and this whole string of stores is exactly like this. Excellent service and helping you keep costs down by making sure you get the part you really need.

I order a mirror for my car. It took awhile to complete the order and pay( they were training someone).well I went back 5 days later to pickup my mirror and they act like they didnt know what I was talking about. Finally the manager came out and told me they couldnt find it at there warehouse and gave me a refund. He was very short with me and borderline rude. I wish I had just not stopped there. It was not so good if visit.

Advance Auto is my go-to store for all things automotive. Tonight, I visited not for automotive needs but guitar needs. Im a luthier (I build, repair, and restore guitars) and tonight I needed a fine polish to restore the gloss to the lacquer of an old 70s guitar. They didnt have what I was looking for (Meguires Mirror Glaze #9) but the guy was super, super helpful and friendly. The friendly service, competitive prices, and amazing savings when using coupons for online purchases are why I will come to Advance again and again.

I went in to get an oil filter for my car and told them exactly what I needed. Well the lady rang up the wrong filter and I didn’t recognize it til I paid and picked up the bag and it was way to heavy. I told her that was the wrong one we got it corrected. I paid almost $18 for that and I knew the one I normally get is only around $10-11. So she gets the receipt and is scanning it to refund the difference and i thought it was completed so as I am walking out I check the receipt and nothing was refunded. I go to the back double check the pricing before saying anything went to the front to advise her there was nothing refunded. She proceeded to tell me that I seemed to be in a hurry so she was going to let me go ahead and go but in order to refund the difference I had to swipe my card again. So if you have anything with a price difference to be refunded make sure it actually happens and you get the receipt.

They were very helpful one night while trying to find the correct headlight for my truck.
