These guys are fantastic. Especially the owner. Took my car right away (even towed it from my house) when nobody else wanted to and got it running like a champ. Went above and beyond and overdelivered on what they said they would do. Only place Ill be taking my cars from now on.

I went in for lower control arms and came out paying 1230 and getting a hole in the axle boot which they never mentioned. When I emailed the pics of the hole in the axle boot after they replaced the control arms. They said sorry we missed that. HUH! no your mechanic did that while cranking to get the rusty control arm off. I would not recommend! Inexperienced mechanic/s work there or is it dishonest. 🤔

Ive taken 2 items here for repair, one a broken frame bolt on my car and the other was I needed them to weld the aluminum rear subframe on my motorcycle. Both were done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back when I need help.

Amazing work! My husband and i were standing on the side of the freeway with our son and this is the ONLY shop that would help us. We called 10 different shops with the responses of 4 hour wait or no service until tomorrow along with attitudes. When we called black tie auto they were so nice even over the phone said to come bring it in and they would handle it right away. My husband is a mechanic so he was jealous that i got to be the one to bring in the tire when i informed him or how beautiful and clean the shop was and the classic cars they were currently servicing. Im assume it was either the owner or shop manager even allowed my brother and I to lush over the other cars in the shop he was servicing. This bad experience with our tire blowing out had been made into a better and faster out come than we ever could have imagined. We live in Milwaukee, but i told my husband if there is ever any work he cant do on my car this is where we will take it. I will gladly drive the extra miles for the service. We highly highly recommend.
