Highly recommended! I purchased 3 mattresses a couple weeks ago. I chose the wrong size of one, and wanted a softer mattress after trying the other. The third was perfect. Our salesperson, James, was extremely helpful! He asked my budget and stayed within it on everything he showed me. This is very important to me, as I dont like having my time wasted or people being pushy with me. Weve always had very amazing customer service. Very much patience and understanding with bed bouncing to ensure it fits our needs. All of our mattresses and some of our pillows have been purchased. Theyve always been understanding about the change in our situation and returning beds and frrames and ordering different ones.

They were helpful showing us different mattresses to meet our needs. Then when we decided which one we liked a few days later they were great with setting up payments and delivery.

Mario was great to work with. He set us up with some great mattresses that were great prices as well.

This was our second visit to this store. On the second visit, we basically had the store to ourselves and were able to try out all the mattresses we were interested in. We finally decided on the mattress we wanted and bought it during the Memorial Day sale. Laura answered all our questions and gave us a good deal.

The gal that waited on me said she couldnt help me put the mattress on my jeep because she was the only one there. A gentleman came out of the back and I jokingly said, theres a man right here. He replied that it was his day off. Then asked what I needed. He then grabbed the mattress carried it out and put it on my jeep. The gal gave me twine to tie it down, making sure it was nice and tight. They both went above and beyond to service my needs. And thank God because I couldnt handle one more night on a air mattress. 🤣🤣

Weve owned a Tempurpedic mattress for more than 20 years and it served us well. Great mattress. The best. But it was time to replace it. The folks at Mattress Firm in Muskegon were very friendly and informative without sounding like salesmen in any way. We stretched out on several models of the Tempurpedic, and as it turned out, the one we liked best, which was very comparable to our original mattress when it was new, turned out to be the lowest priced model. Less than what we expected to pay. Plus with the promotion, we got $100 off, which was very nice.I appreciated the payment terms of 48 months interest free. Made it very easy to afford. To top it all off, our saleslady, Laura, gave us two, very nice, very costly, foam pillows and a very good mattress cover, as gifts. What a great surprise.Im sure our new mattress will outlive us, and we dont expect well be needing a replacement. But if we did, wed sure go back to Mattress Firm, and will always recommend them highly.

Friendly no pressure staff. I was worried about going mattress shopping because past experience was off putting due to pushy staff. The staff that was working was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. While shopping I had mentioned going to another store to check their selection and prices and wasnt given any comments about them being not being as good. After visiting another store the service drove me back to this location.

My original mattress didn’t work out as expected. The trade in for another mattress was flawless.

Stopped in to price check mattresses for our camper. Joshua gave us a great deal on a soft bed with a ten year warranty and a free adjustable frame. Very patient as we tried out serial different brands and firmness levels. My husband is especially excited about the new pillow that was recommended to relieve night sweats. This was the very best experience I have ever had purchasing a new bed! Just before ArtVan closed I was going to buy a bed with them. They had me do the sleep comfort test and was a long process. Partly was because they were busy and my sales person was already dealing with too many customers at the same time! I walked out and today was my next experience in making a purchase. You are to call to make appointment but they were able to fit me in between other appointments. Interesting sales strategy no inventory here only display models, everything has to be delivered and the waiting period is 2+ months out on some matresses.

Waiting today to receive a mattress we purchased, and paid, for delivery and set up this morning. Our salesman was Joshua, and he sold us a very expensive Sealy. Now we are told (they don’t know why) it won’t be able to be delivered for at least another week. Meanwhile we have removed our old mattress to prepare for the new one. Needless to say, they have lost a customer (and a large commission) unless this is rectified today!

This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had shopping for a mattress. We stopped in today and Chase showed us around, had us try out beds, and gave us a lot of good information. He knew his stuff. More importantly, he didnt pressure us and he encouraged us to lay on beds for extended periods of time and to try out all sorts of mattresses. Eric, Kayleigh, and Laura were also working today and they were extremely friendly and fun to chat with while we were laying on beds and trying them out. Once we had chosen a mattress, Chase and Eric helped us work out financing and these guys went above and beyond to help us get the perfect bed for us. I cannot recommend this store enough.
