My wife and I switched to Cricket to lower our monthly expenses and it has been a great decision. We cut our cell bill in half and the person working asked a lot of questions about how we use our phones. He suggested different plans for each of us, which I thought was weird because the other phone stores we went to just tried to get us into the highest package. It was refreshing to have somebody take the time to talk to us like real people and level with us, considering both the wife and I are a bit behind the times when it comes to technology.

Real people work here. Real people in the sense that they told me about all my options for their service and werent heavy handed or pushy about it. It was refreshing for to have a salesperson that didnt sound like theyre reading from a script.
