I walked into this store and right away I was greeted by Nik and I could not work with anyone better. He was so helpful with everything I needed so friendly and helpful . I will recommend to all my friends and family to come work with him at the store on Apple. I was very pleased!!

He saved me spending an extra $150 by letting me know old phone was still eligible for a trade in despite the fact that it had a fair amount of damage to it. Heather has been quite helpful with my issues, Verizon computer system neglected to note the credit due to my account with Black Friday deals and upgrade promotions. I came here with a gut wrenching anxiety because I hate having to deal with these issues. Heather was amazing, she offered to call corporate, assisted me with changing out sims, and did it with a smile! This trip has definitely gone better than I expected with the customer service alone. Verizon needs some sort of auditing system to prevent customers like myself from over paying.

My family and I have had Verizon for YEARS. As christmas presents we decided it was time to upgrade all five lines. We had talked to a Jessica (on the customer service line) last night to get an idea how how much everything was and to figure out what needed to be done. This man in this store was extremely rude and did not want to carry out our offer that was already arranged. The most absolute terrible customer service weve ever had to deal with, we will never go back and will seriously consider switching carriers. For freaking sake we had over two thousand dollars cash to put toward everything and he lost that much commission for your company. I only put one star to put a review. NO STARS FOR YOU!

Knowledgeable, patient, understanding and efficient is how I would describe the employees at this store. After unsuccessfully trying to get an upgrade for my phone via the Verizon website and talking with Verizon employees on line for half a day I ended up getting in my car and driving to the store. That was the best decision of my day. By the time I left the store that day I not only had a new phone, updated and ready for use but each employee had a hand in helping with my order in some way. My mother went to this store for some assistance with her phone. She is not very tech savvy. She came in and said “this is probably super easy for you, but its not for me. I need to send this picture on my phone to another phone.” They then made her run through her account to make sure she was actually a good standing member but only then did they inform her that she was going to have to pay them a $29.95 Service Tech fee to help her...or she could call a number that would explain how to do it. She then left the building and drove 20 minutes across town to see me at MY work so I could help her. I don’t understand how that can be considered good customer service.

Trying to up sell me the minute I walked in the door. Not able to provide answers to simple questions I was asking. Straight up lies to my face saying if I add a line to get a BOGO offer and share that phone with someone while they pay me for it would be fraud. Never going here again. Just handle my business on the My Verizon app from now on.

This is by far the best Verizon store around! The customer service is amazing they will go out of their way to fix your issue or make you happy and everyone is super friendly. I worked with Miranda, she was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this store to everyone I will never going anywhere else!

Only reason I gave more than one stare is because the staff here are great when selling a costumer something but when it comes to anything else they could care less. I went to them with a very simple problem less then two months after purchasing three very expensive devices and they wanted to charge me $20 for 2 minutes of their time so I went down the street to Ace communication where I have never spent a dime and they took care of it for free.

The people at the Verizon store are great, but their Tech support people arent. I have been trying to get my partners phone number switched over and after THREE DAYS of being ran around and a circle, still no satisfactory results. One tech support guy, Javel, was the worst. Took him 10+ minutes to respond to any messages in the first place and he didnt know anything. Its a big waste of time to be ran around in literal circles and for the cost, I would rather go elsewhere.

This store is highly recommended when exploring Verizon. If you are upgrading or adding a line definitely visit this store. The workers are very nice and do whatever they can to get what you want. I worked with Nik and he was very nice and got me set up with my new Samsung A50. He told me all my options and got me a phone that fit what i wanted and fit my price range. Highly recommend this location.

My wife and I brought my father in law here to upgrade his flip phone to a smart phone. Chantel?, the associate that helped us was beyond amazing. She was patient in explaining everything and even figured out a way for him to save money. It was an overall great experience, and I would come here again for sure.

An employee of this store sold my parents their galaxy S9 with the buy one get one Fathers day deal. They got their phones and with a tablet added as a new line at about noon.At 6pm later that day, after ordering cases off Amazon, the store called. They said, that deal expired. We are going to charge you for the other phone.The next day, another exchange of phone calls were made as the deal did not expire... As it was a Fathers day deal, and they had gone on Fathers day. They admitted their mistake and said, Actually, to get the deal, you needed to add a phone line.At this point, you would think they would offer something to my parents to make up for the mess they made and admitted to. However, instead, when my parents went back to the store to return the phones, they were extremely unprofessional. They were rude and offered nothing.They said they werent worried about any negative reviews because they are a very good store. They said this while another lady was there dealing with the phone call she got from the store as something wasnt quite right with her interaction either.This store is lowering the standard people have of Verizon. We have been loyal--Ive never had anything but Verizon. However, if this was my in my first few interactions with the service, I would have went elsewhere. We will never return to this store, and I would encourage others to do the same.

We are an older couple and as such struggle with our phones. We got a message that we were about to run out of data. We went to our local Verizon store where we met Terry Murphy. He was so helpful in helping us understand what was happening, reviewed both our phones and tablet to make sure we were set up correctly and assured us how and where were consuming data. These guys always help me out and give me a great deal. Today, I came in to warranty my phone for a cracked back on my Google Pixel 3 I cringed at the 1$199 deductable on the insurance I pay for it. One of them called ACE communications, down the street, and got me an even lower deal on repair and front and back protection. I never need to hesitate to coe to them if I have a question or co cern. Great above and beyond service!

The staff at Verizon TCC could not be any better! I went in last night at 6:30 & didnt leave until my problem was fixed (an issue with my Apple phone, it had nothing to do with Verizon) at 9:00 p.m. They stayed an hour after the store closed in order to attend to my phone. Terry & Cody were so kind and professional. Would recommend time and time again!

I arrived 15 mins before the store was supposed to close wanting to get a case for my phone. The doors were locked and several people were in there. I knocked, they looked and then ignored me. I went back to my car and called. The guy that answered acted like I was inconveniencing him, but someone let me in. Definitely will not use that store for any of my needs.

The girl who works here took 3 hours just getting me upgraded to a new phone. She also didnt give me a choice to sign up for the playaway but just had me do it anyways and added it to my bill without telling me about it. Then she gave me a bunch of stuff I didnt ask for and then told me it was only a $20. Turns out all the stuff she gave me that I didnt ask for added up to $275, and Im stuck making payments on all of it for the next 8 months. Dont go here. Theres an official Verizon store just a few miles away that will actually get things done right.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get help... there is usually 2 people but they will take a hour with each person mostly just conversations about life and not about the phones while there is 5 people waiting

This is the best Verizon store PERIOD! I have gone through multiple pbinwes over the years and have definitely had some unique and challenging problems through to them (aka I break a lot of phones in a lot of weird ways lol). They are always friendly and fun (crazy, right?!). I recommend them all the time. Terry just hooked me up with the newest phone and the hum, cant wait to take our first road trip! Thanks! 😄

I came in with a complex set of problems with a broken screen on one phone and a locked out phone to replace it with. Cam was patient and helpful and solve every problem! Do not waste your money on a liquid glass screen protector. I came in with my brand new Samsunbg Galaxy S8 looking for tempered glass and the sales associate sold me on this new protector that you cant see but he said was scratch and crack proof. He applied it and wiped it off minutes later stating it was applied and protected and that the company who made it offered $100 if the screen breaks. I was satisfied with that. Mind you this protector is $50. 4 days later I had ugly scratches all over my phone. I was upset but willing to live with that because at least it wasnt cracked. Well guess what, first time I dropped my phone the screen shattered. I had registered the screen protector as I was instructed and filed a claim. Omadix, the company who manufactures this denied by claim. They said they in no way guarantee against breakage; their product is only guaranteed to be scratch proof. As I read the packing and the product description online I realized it did in fact say nothing about being crack proof. The sales associate st this location are misinformed about this product and want to make a sale. I wasted $50 on a product that did not do what I was told it would do. When I called and spoke to a manager he offered me nothing. Its $400 to fix my screen. Dont make the same mistake i did

This is my most favorite store. The people are extra friendly and go out of their way to provide the best customer service around.

Be wary of this company. They use shady practices... They added charges for things they did not discuss with me as Standard charges for a membership they didnt explain. They told me they had a special deal on a Gear S3 if purchased with a Note 8. When it comes the receipt I get when receiving the unit is different than the receipt when I ordered it. They tacked on $40 more when I picked it up without telling me anything about it. I missed it because I was there 45 minutes to pick up this watch and ended up 15 minutes late for work so did not view the paper work until later. The tablets they have you sign on dont show the contract you are signing so they add things on after the fact. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IF YOU DO CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!
