I had an situation with my Walmart pay and someone immediately came out to help me. He was super knowledgeable and helped me with my transaction. Great experience. I will be shopping here again. Bought a Samsung 27 Curved monitor for my pc setup. However, did end up returning it as it was a little too big for my desk, however they didnt have many in store substitutes, as when I went there were only 2 other monitors available. Ended up going somewhere else for my monitor.However it was still a great purchase if you want a big screen!

This is the worse UNPROFESSIONAL Walmart EVER! If you can go to meijer GO. Don’t waist your time or energy in going here. They have bad attitude, they are unprofessional, the pick up is TERRIBLE, they are dirty, & no employees wants to work. The managers ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. Someone tested POSITIVE for covid and they didn’t clean the store. They are a disgrace to the community. If I can give a NO STAR I would. Go to grand Haven or MEIJER across the street.

Ordered online and used the pickup service. It is more convenient and safer with the pendemic these days but they take awhile to come out and they are always out of at one of my items on the list.

JAZMINE help me greatly. She bagged my groceries, put them in my cart . She got me assistance to put groceries in my car. Due to recent hip replacement surgery I needed help. Walmart is lucky to have suck a nice, friendly, helpful and smart employee! You need to keep her. It made my shopping easier and happier!

During covid every business struggles to keep staff and shelves stocked but they are doing very well considering the shoppers in this area have no respect for the merchandise and cause more work to be done for the limited staff.

Big sign says Garden center is open...enter here. I walked over and everything was locked. Had to walk all the way back to the other door.They had a good selection of kitchen throw rugs. I bought 2. Also bought my granddaughter two shirts and matching leggings. Price was good. I had a hard time finding the area for girls 14-16. Need better signage.

It was fast and actually pleasant . I enjoy My needed at Walmart .

Recently picked up a dirt bike and needed helmets. Looked at a few Motorsport stores but the prices are unreasonable. Yes, I want safety but I don’t care about the logo on the side. Walmart had a decent selection and was a fraction of the price. You really can find most things at Walmart!Also the store was clean and staff was helpful in locating the helmets. The checkout lady was a little less than excited to be there and didn’t mutter a word, not even our total (minus one star).

It was dirty. Clothes laying all over the place, took 45 minutes to get through the register. Worse Wal mart I have been to.

Needed cat food. They had the only kind my cat likes. Every place else was out. Made my day. Cause my cat is something else.

Its a nice looking store as far as the aisles are wide and it seems clean enough but if youre expecting everyone to be polite and cordial then you may want to find a different store.plenty of parking tho, karts are mostly outside so get one on your way in.

Nice store, alot cleaner then others, wonderful workers, we were there yesterday and an older lady who works there, saw a bunch of us, my husband and I and a few other ppl with full carts and wat not, and she popped on a cash register and helped get us and others out quickly:)

The store was very clean and the employees were all very helpful and nice but the shelves were all very empty. I left with about half of my shopping list filled. I had to go to another store to get the rest of my stuff.

Never did get my online pickup order. No signs for curbside so I called and she didnt know where to transfer. After waiting on hold for 5min, I called back and got transferred around 4 times to people that couldnt put me on hold fast enough, didnt know if they were talking to me or their cowokers, so I canceled my order and wont ever use this location again.

They did not have firecracker sauce unfortunately even though the manufacturer says they are a vendor of their product. This sauce is amazing, if you havent tried it, you should.

Looking around for good deals on nice items

Awful experience at this Walmart in Muskegon. Cashier was yelling at us for putting bulky items on the conveyer. Literally snapped at us!! She had stank face the whole time before we even put anything on the belt. They were storage compartments that we needed for one of our rooms and never spoke to us (just waited for us to make a move) just to start chewing us out. It was almost like she was looking for an argument. We did not partake and said thank you and she just CONTINUED to give us glares. Forget this Walmart in Muskegon unless you prefer being treated like dirt when you shop. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a Walmart. Awful

Walmart is a good location to grab what you need, do not be in a hurry if you bring cash it takes longer to check out only have about 3 to 4 real cashiers working and do not move the clothes unless you are buying them employees get upset about it....

I feel frustrated when coming to this location, the whole store is such a mess and stock is low on important essentials for my family. I would much rather go across the street to meijer… sorry guys!!

Walmart needs to Quit Putting out All Those surveys to get a walmart gift card for any denomination ($750.00, too $1000.00) because false advertising is a crime. Ive filled out dozens of them surveys and i NEVER. Received a single one. Not only did they ruin there reputation with me, they ruined everyone elses survey to me. Cant wait till there run out of business....

Walmart (regardless of what you think of big chain stores) does provide a wide variety of products at generally reasonable prices. Particular to this location is friendly, helpful staff. No unnecessary hassles if you need to return or exchange an item.

I always enjoy every trip to Walmart, you can pick up all your needs and wants.

Place was clean when I came through here and its been many years since I came into the grocery side of the store, I usually come through the automotive side only its only. Because a cashiers and her husband or boyfriend started using my address for mail and the police was no help.

I was trying to reach a box of cereal and couldnt. A employee came and got it down for me.

Where the office supplies were located, it was a mess. They had copy packages open. Couldnt find what I wanted do to the mess. Didnt care for the cashier at all. Her attitude was awful when I mention to her about the copying paper.

One of the cleanest ones I have ever visited in the area. Everything is in its place 97% of the time so its very easy to find what you need.

Store was surprisingly clean for a Walmart. However most of the shelves in the kids section were empty and it had only 4 registers open at the time? Very long lines.

Good store and clean. Not as big as the Sherman location, but has pretty much everything youre looking for. Was able to find carpet shampooer cleaning solution that I was unable to find at Meijer across the street, then shop for everything else I was looking for too.

Felicia at customer service on henry st. Was very friendly and fast they should get more workers who can talk and work like Felicia. Most places are hiring these girls that when there mouth is moving their hands stop moving so she was a breath of fresh air

Ordered the sirloin steak dinner for 2. My steak was cooked as ordered but tough, hard to cut for grizzle and my husband s steak was OVER cooked and tough. Would never order again . Salads and potatoes were good. Would have been nice to have crackers or bread with salad. The way it is served on a plate, it is hard to keep on the plate. Very good salad. Have always been happy with my meal and like the place.

I really appreciate your stores, associates and managers, they seem to just get what customers need .. and they try very hard to collaborate with each other.

Im not very happy with my visit tonight. They clothes section was a mess and they never have anything in stock. The Walmart app never works the way its supposed to and the fact that they close at 11 pm is a huge inconvenience. Im just not happy at all with the experience.

Was very disappointed! Ended up leaving my articles in my basket at the door. The place was very busy and only 3 registers open. Lines galore! Even fast checkout line was into the groceries.

I waited 40 minutes at the jewelry counter for help then the lady couldnt work the register so I had to wait in a long line and managed was called 4 times and the showed up as I was walking out the door poor customer service at Henry Street walmart

Walmart on Henry st. needs to train the greeters at the door .How to Greet people as they come in . Very unpolite, and NO Welcome . And when you leave No ! Thank you come again. I want that job and get paid for for not welcoming the people. Must not be in the job To Do list On the application s for Door GreeterSt. Humm. Training needed to be a Greeter to be polite and welcoming.

I was especially impressed with the greeter at the food section entrance. She was very personable and was wearing two masks like the cdc suggests. Im sorry I didnt get her name because Walmart needs to recognize her.

I went to Walmart Muskegon Henry Street to go to the phone department. I was looking to have my phone changed over to a prepaid contract. I met with Jacques who works regularly in the department and he was extremely helpful and very friendly. He was quite knowledgeable about all of the products and phones that they carried in the wireless phone systems. Thank you and kudos to Jacques for being such a wonderful and courteous customer servicer.

Went in for some paint and received help right away. Very happy with the Henry St. Walmart.

About a third of the items on my grocery list was unavailable again for fourth week in a row. Its a little annoying and very pathetic.

Returned oil and radiator fluid because I purchased more than needed. Everything rang up correctly except the 5w30 synthetic oil. Customer service scanner show $14.00 while Walmart app price check shows $17.47. Showed them the error and they refuse to return the correct amount without receipt. Ripped of by $3.50. Very bad customer service and unacceptable policy. Take my business elsewhere.

The music in the parking lot is very loud and obnoxious feels like a carnival but the overall experience is okay customer service is decent

Went there to get a couple of items. There were not enough workers/ cashiers/ stockers etc. Walmarts really need workers for $15.00 a hour.
