My son and I went to get living room furniture. The salesman was VERY pleasant but not pushy and did not linger like alot do. He also was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We purchased a beautiful set and had it that day. I would definitely return for future purchases!

Very friendly staff. Was hesitant at first to make a big purchase on a sectional. We went here and several other stores and this place’s prices were amazing in comparison to the other places. Our sectional is beautiful and of great quality too!!

Such friendly staff and I like the fact that they dont attack you for a sale. They give you a minute to breathe and to discuss things with your spouse if need be. Very good quality furniture, very hard to find anywhere anymore. Great store and great staff. I had a great experience.

Mom was looking for traditional furniture; we went here first.Gave a description and Zeke led us to what we were looking for.Went to Langlois, as we had purchased there b4 but were amazed at how high the prices were.Had lunch and headed back to Great Lakes.Delivery price seemed a bit high but, the price of Moms new Chaise, made it a bit more affordable and much more convenient.Very helpful, no pressure, reasonable pricing.Pretty easy decision that well be back when Mom is looking to replace any furniture.

As great as the staff was the quality of the furniture is terrible. Bought two couches from there both of them broke in the same spot. They did repair them but in the process broke the zipper on the cushion causing the seat cushion to not stay on the couch and the stuffing to constantly fall out. When I contacted them in regards to this I never got a return call. And now the couch is broken again in a different spot. Very disappointed!!

She will help you find whats best for your needs. They have livingroom furniture, beds, bedroom furniture, kitchen tables, and all sorts of cool household furnishings.

Thought staff was very personable help with every kind of issue we had I have used them before the only real problem is the time you wait for your purchase I honestly shopped online for other things in furniture and i kind of had two deliveries while i still wait for my new sectional and art wish they could get there time to delivery act together would be the only reason i would not use them again lets face it furniture stores are soon becoming a thing of the past just because of situations like this

While the salesperson was very motivated, seemed knowledgeable and highly recommended this brand and spoke highly of the materials, workmanship and guarantee, I am severely disappointed in all of the above. The delivery persons cut a hole in the bottom covering to store the legs stating it was normal practice. The material is piling, discolored and interior boards are broken and the electronics for recliners have stopped working after 3 mos.At time of order, I was told 30 day guarantee for delivery and it was 6 weeks. The whole experience has me regretting not buying locally. I may have had to spend a little more but they stand behind their products and sell quality merchandise.

Great Lakes Furnishings (formally known as Kens Furniture and Mattress), is still a great place to shop for your furniture needs. Wonderful selection and associates. You dont feel pressured into buying anything and the prices are very reasonable.

Make sure you ask for Aunt Connie! She was knowledgeable, funny and super easy to work with. She helped me get exactly what we needed.

Friendly staff and affordable quality furniture.

Spent over $2900,and the love seats seams starting coming apart,and the framing has shifted on the back within the first week of purchase. I called and sent pics via text messages within the first week,and they were supposed to get ahold of a rep and get back with me. After numerous calls and text,I still havent heard back from them. It is going on 2 1/2 months now and all my calls and texts are being ignored. My fiance has a terminal lung disease,which we informed them of,and this is how we are treated. I wouldnt buy a piece of paper from this business. Buyers beware:they will promise you plenty,but all you get is ignored.
