Horrible experience. Been waiting 2 weeks for a washer repair. They were contracted through Lowes. Still cant get a hold of the young man who was supposed to fix our washer the week before Christmas its now January 2nd still not fixed nor have we had a phone call returned. Its great having a one year old and no washer!
Rapid Repair my behind!!! More like Well get back to you...um...never.Lowes contracts through this company to provide Warranty repair services. I had an appointment booked and didnt so much as receive a call as I was told I would get prior to the set appointment. I call Rapid Repair and at first they claim they didnt receive the ticket from Lowes, then the rep magically finds my ticket and says that I will need to have a part ordered. She informs me that she will call be back in 3 days when the part arrives and set up an appointment for that day to get my dishwasher fixed. The day comes and goes and no a single call. I call the next day to see what is going on and the rep that answers this time has no idea whats going on. They ask what tech I had assigned to me, there was none, I never even got the call about the part coming in. Again, no clue whats going on. I call Lowes Protection Plan hotline and they try to see what is going on with Rapid Repair and what the status is with my ticket. The Lowes rep states that he spoke to the owner and that the one responsible to order parts was not coming in till later and that they would call me by a certain time. The Lowes rep instructs me to call LPP back if I dont hear from Rapid repair by a certain time. Guess what? NO CALL BACK! So I call Lowes again...and low and behold...they STILL have no idea what is going on because the person responsible is STILL not there. I am informed again that the person that orders parts will be there later... End of business day...here I am...STILL no call and no service. I call Lowes back and even get a supervisor who is going to work my ticket and info himself to see what the deal is. But...it is now the week end...and I still do not have a functional dishwasher. I will likely have to wait until Monday to even get ANY remote update as to what on EARTH is going on and why I have paid for an additional warranty that their Best contracted company is very much NOT providing. Absolutely atrocious service...
