Set up an in-home service appointment with one of their servicemen. It wasn’t scheduled but we were told he’d cal in the morning with a time frame. Noon came and he’s not called, so we called to find out where we were on the schedule. We were told between 2pm and 6pm. He never showed up and never called. Terrible customer experience — not going to do any more business with Hamby’s.

We went looking for an oven for my mom they have an oven that is basic for $399. And they have self cleaning ovens black and white for 449 to 700 depending if you want a light to show whats in the oven with the tempered glass door or not also if you need a timer or stop cleaning or a oven that turns off when it times up they have very nice things everything has a year warranty and if you want longer than that it will cost almost $200 for the extra warranty I agree that is kind of high so they do have bundle deals and they do have washers dryers refrigerators air conditioners TVs stoves oven microwaves and beds check it out you might find something you like at a price you can afford

The Service Technician that came to our House to fix our Whirlpool Washer was friendly, courteous and extremely Product Knowledgeable. Hamby Appliance Repair has been out 3 or 4 times to fix a dryer under warranty. Unfortunately, after waiting several months on a part they said they couldnt get and I got from Maytag in two days. They came out an installed the part and said it is fixed and it is not fixed. I would not recommend this company.

Do not call Hamby for repairs, they sent an apprentice tech that did not do basic checks on a compressor, did not have the skill or knowledge to diagnose a problem. Admitted he was a apprentice and could not fix it. I learned more from a YouTube video on how to check the compressor than these people.

I am really satisfied with the service that this store extended to me just yesterday. I was in need for a refrigerator for a cabin on the lake. My son was there and when he arrived he noticed that the refrigerator had gone south. The next day I called Hamby about getting a refrigerator delivered etc. By early evening they had delivered and removed the old and wife is happy. Needed a part for a gas range Id bought a few years ago and they had the exact part I needed in stock. Made my day.

My best friend bought a house, the person who remodeled the house bought a brand new Amana washer and dryer from Hamby’s. On the first use the washer failed and would not drain or do anything. This was approximately one month ago. They say they have been waiting on parts this whole time, which none of us believe. Today a guy shows up to fix it and doesn’t have a shop vac or anything to remove the water which they knew was there after the first assessment. The “service manager” Tom Hamby made it seem like it was somehow my fault for not providing a five gallon bucket because “most home owners have a bucket at their house.” This doesn’t even mention that he said, not knowing I could hear, that he didn’t care that we just wanted a new washer. So from personal experience the “service manager” doesn’t care about your experience, your problems, or his customers. You will receive better service in the case of a failure at literally any other appliance dealer. Do not buy from Hamby’s. Today they lost the business of me and everyone I know in Wagoner.

Bought new icebox now my food is outside to stay cold they showed up looked at it then told me they had to call another person finly I called them back they have not talked to him yet so no icebox tonight its only about 30 to 40 days since we got it if u have a problem dont count on them to fix it.
