LOVE THIS LOCATION! They are super helpful. Just bought a used car, so I brought it to them. They helped me find new windshield wipers for it immediately, checked my battery for me, and found me a new battery for my key-fob. All of it was quick and painless! Thanks a ton James!

Worst customer service ever I ordered online the only store that had it was in another town so I drove there after it said it was ready... when I arrived they did not have it couldnt get my money back cuz it would take 3 days to get put back on my card so couldnt go get it from OReillys because they had my money already and they couldnt do nothing about it they couldnt send it to another store in my town nothing ridiculous very unprofessional

When your car decides you have to much money..... You have to go buy it some parts... Auto zone is one of the most knowledgeable in muskogee...

I was on the phone with two guys that were just about at quitting time and they had my stuff rung up and a loaner torque wrench ready for me to use. This day and age where employees stand around on their phones or rolling their eyes because youre holding them up; for a couple of younger guys to be willing to help out and put a customer ahead of themselves, I think that was super cool.Thx again fellas.

Bought windshield wiper replacments. I am unable to raise my arm so they put them on for me.

I had to get window wipers for my car theyre high price from what Im used to but of course that was years ago paying 11 to $23 for each wiper blade when I used to pay $2 to $5 for them just seems high to me but the clerk did put them on for me I was grateful about that and if you have a card then you get $20 back I think for every hundred you spend they had some pretty good sales going on too on air conditioning freon steering wheel covers the Jack and roll bars to go under your car just check it out I always go to AutoZone or OReilly theyre both pretty good

My family and I come here when needing a part for car or truck. If we get any cheap k engine e lights on they are very friendly and helpful they dont mind coming out to car and connecting there little machine to the vehicle and run a quick test to see whats going on most of the time they have the part you need to fix . Or they can order it and its there the next day . I give this AutoZone 5 star rating.

Went to oreilys they didnt even know what part I meant went here. Found it right away.

They actually have some people that know what we need and dont act like a smart tail. They have good parts. I will walk out on a punk that think a woman doesnt know mechanics!!

Thankful for the Autozone in Muskogee. And their late hours.Id gotten off late from work and my battery wouldnt start. Got a jump, made it home, got out of my car, remembered Id forgotten to go to the store, got back in my car and it wouldnt start again.Called to find out how much the battery would be, knowing Id have to go get one that night since I had an appointment in Tulsa the next morning. Got my car jumped and headed straight there. The staff that was there that night was friendly, compassionate and incredibly helpful. Ray offered to install my battery for me and had it changed out in no time, and his supervisor approved a coupon in store that wasnt working, saving me a little money on my ridiculously high priced battery (not just Autozone as I priced online, Walmart and the other automotive stores.)
