Purchased some Vinyl plank flooring there and had there installer install it. I could have done a better job then Brian did. I see concrete still. They didnt stick it under trim.. Called to complain and he said why did you pay him. I was unaware I had to pay him cash or check had to run on my lunch break so didnt have time. Owner said Ill have him call you . Never received call and after seeing reviews I can guess thats will never happen.GO ELSEWHERE!!! They do not care. Heard about carpet bed bugs from a friend! Shocked they are still in business!

The carpet was beautiful and very well laid, they did a great job, however, I found that they left behind, either from the carpet or the carpet layers, bed bugs and its going to cost $900.00 to have them exterminated.My house is always clean and sprayed ever month for bugs, there has never been any type of bugs in my house. Let alone bed bugs.I called carpet world to talk to them, they said it didnt come from their carpet and the carpet layer doesnt work for them. They also put up a sign that nothing is guaranteed, then he hung up on me.

Took the the wood that I needed in, showed the guy and said I need this size of wood. The guy looked at it and said they have it. After paying they loaded up the truck, got home and realized they gave me the wrong wood. Went back asking if theres any way to exchange was told no and that its our problem and to get out. Then threatened to call the cops. They are shady and basically robbed us. They will screw you over the chance they get. Dont even deserve a star.

I would leave zero stars if I could. A sample size of flooring was taken to them and we were told yes they have it and bought $300 worth. They sold us the wrong size. Went back and asked if it could be exchanged. They refused to even exchange the product over their mistake. Buyer beware! Do not give them your business.

Bought wood from them and they gave us the wrong size. Even after we brought a sample piece and showed them what we needed. After going back to fix the situation they immediately were offensive blaming us and saying it was our problem. Then threatened to call the cops. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere.

We came in here a few weeks ago and took a sample of wood to see if they had it and they said they did so yesterday we brought the sample in again to make sure we were getting the correct flooring, they loaded our wood up and when we got home we realized it wasn’t the right wood so we brought it back the next day and the owner blamed us for the wood being wrong, wouldn’t exchange it even though it was clearly their mistake and then threatened to call the cops. Do not take your business here!!!

BUYER BEWARE... They loaded a wrong size door. When we got it home and measured it to install it was the wrong size. No refunds their mistake or yours! Owner was rude and uncaring. Buy at your own risk...dont be fooled by a lower price in the end Carpet Warehouse get you one way or another.
