Its a beautiful Mall. I wish the theater was open and a few more stores would open back up. Make it a place where people can go to make memories like the Malls I enjoyed when I was younger. It needs life brought back into it.
This was mine and my husband favorite place to go for a anniversary, but now practically everything is closed down 😭 Please consider opening more stores as this was a good place to go.
Place is almost totally shut down very little there anymore. Is great place to walk at anyway. Especially when its hot outside!!
We drove all the way from Fayetteville AR to see the mall. OMG. The place is a disaster. Don’t know how JCPENNEY is even alive there. Dillards is gone. Just awful. Update your website. Don’t waste your time even going there!!!
Makes me so sad that there are 2 stores for now still open. It was a great mall to go to. Sears, jcpenny, Dillards, juice express, the great American cookie company, Claires. Its really a shame how its pretty much abandoned now.
DEAD mall. The mall has the only Bath & Waterworks in the city. The mall also has a Maurice. Not sure what a Maurice is, but they have clothes. There are a couple of nail places, a couple of food places and a kiosk jewelry thing. I guess you could get your mall walking in, here?
Fav store tried to make us wear a mask..... wont be going there anymore.
Im sad that its a ghost town there. I can see how it would be cool again, if only more merchants were there. Enjoyed Bath and Body Works there, especially since I got great service!
Almost empty of businesses. Nice place to walk.
Almost empty but bath and body was awesome!
The mall is like a scene from the Walking dead. Its dead, nothing to do but go to the post office. Someone should turn it into a family event center. Put in a chucky cheese, roller rink, bumper cars, you know, bring business back...
Empty but nice walk.
Im going to miss this mall it use to be full of people shopping and going to the movies. I wish it was back and thieving again.
A good place for shopping
Went to the post office there. Love that they moved the post office over theirs. So much more room to park.
This place like so many malls looks sad with so many stores closed
I came here to donate blood. The mall doesnt have as many businesses as it used to. People just dont go to the mall like they used to, so businesses close down, then less people come because theres not much there. The fountain doesnt have water anymore. On the plus side there arent no gun signs.
I enjoyed the arrowhead mall lots of different things to go do and see you can eat at the food courts or walk around the many stores.
DO NOT GO! There is literally just a bath and body works and maurices. Everything else is CLOSED and GONE!
First time here and the mall was almost empty all they way. It maybe only had a few shopping stores, hair place and 1 food court market. Sadly it looks as if its running out of business.
Covid has changed our world and lives again.
Need to have more stores in there amazing location just need more vendors and a little bit cheaper would be nice
Just an empty building now.
It is closed post office ouns most of it now
So sad its closing...:(
There wasnt very many stores open
Its was a comfortable shopping.
Ghost town of yester years
Nothing left in this mall but Bath and Body and Maurices. Which I shopped at both and got some great deals. Everyone was very friendly. I miss having all the stores to pick from to shop in.. *sigh
This place is dead, I would love to see them turn it into a community building... Maybe house the official offices like DHS and maybe the library, and other community resources that would be amazing.... Workforce would be nice as well especially since most of the homeless shelters are over there...
I dont go to the mall I drive by them but when I did go in it looked okay but like I said I dont buy nothing at the mall too broke I need the Dollar tree LOL
Was only there for the carnival
The jewelry store man is super nice.
MOST DEFENTLY GOTTA HAVE IT ALL.
Has potential for so much more. Need a living owner....
No crowd to fight. Im supposed to be meeting someone here to show him an item I have up for sale on LetGo but its beginning to look like I just got bamboozled into driving 60 miles for nothing. The mall has nothing to do with the no-show but Im going to be hard pressed to accept any more requests to drive this sort of distance for any future potential buyers. Lovely lovely mall though. Id have a better review if I hadnt spent all my shopping money on gasoline and toll roads to get here.:(-Bryan Kickin It Disgruntled out here in Muskogee.
That place was empty like a ghost town or weird sci-fi movie. Really kinda creepy
I worked in the mall in my twenties. I been in the arrowhead mall threw the years but I havent been there in a few years. I remember it being a hoppin place. But yesterday all I saw was a ghost town inside the mall. Over 75% of the stores were closed. Wow! I never imagined that the arrowhead mall would be empty like that. 😳😞😡
I only go here to get my eyebrows threaded. Other then that this mall is just dead.
Good stores
I liked walking around in it,but almost everything is closed.
Nice enough for an empty place
I remember when this mall opened. It was a great and exciting place to go. A person could spend several hours shopping there. I went in there a few days ago and it was sad and depressing. There was maybe 5 stores open at the most. At the present time a going out of business sale is going on at JCPenney.
I used the jcpenney salon. Great stylist there. Ask for Kaylee...Shes great/fast/does great things to your hair. Try it soon. Shes an awesome hair tech. Good prices too. You will be very happy with Kaylee.
So sad. Nothing here.
I love the Dollar tree thats why I go to Arrowhead Mall too much is closed down since that caVerona virus.. I hope everybody that is around any kind of sickness gets over it quick and the name of Jesus Christ thank you Lord amen
Although the mall is clean and well kept there are no longer many stores. All of the anchor stores have left and most of the smaller ones
John salon first and foremostThen Maurices and bath and body.
Place is so empty its kinda sad. Although bath n bodywork was still kicking n the staff there are very friendly n helpful.
Half empty
It needs more stores it was a good mall about 5yrs ago
The Gold Plaza is the BEST place to get GREAT prices on anything sterling silver, CZ etc. The owner has been running it for 15+years and is beyond great! Only purchased a couple things and he knows me by name and remembers my ring size! Makes you feel like a VIP every time. The rest of the mall is EMPTY and pointless for a visit
It was the best place to go on Fridays and Saturdays sadly they r closing
So sad theres not a mall at all. Everything is closed but maybe 2 or 3 places
Sadly its pretty dead. Dillards is gone, JC Penny and Stage not far behind.
Not enough stores
Drove by. All clean.
Sadly in decline.
Ghost town, but if your looking for a place to walk, this is a good spot! ❤️ Stop in and get you some bath and body works why your at it. 😍
I love the mall. We need to get more businesses in there so they dont tear it down and blame it on asbestos like the schools.
I have always loved the mall. The only reason that I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because most of the stores Ive always shopped in are now closed. Otherwise, this is a great place! Clean bathrooms. JC Pennys Salon is still open and its am amazzzzzing salon. Very nice, big parking lot. Well lit. High security. A safe place to bring your kids. A few years ago there was a shooting but since, they have increased security. I was disappointed that the Christian bookstore closed. Hopefully more businesses will move into the area soon.
This mall is mostly empty, smells, and has gone downhill in recent years. I wish the owner would do something to revitalize this mall, but it seems they do not care. This is why so many new strip malls and shopping centers are being built around Wal-Mart on Shawnee Bypass in town. Let this mall die. Maybe someone will buy the land and build something better.
JCPenneys is closing!! So definitely get your kiddos and you hooked up right now to save a ton of money through the holiday season
If this place is still open, probably wont be for long. A decade ago a targeted and violent gang issue happened and the place never recovered... it also would have helped to change its profit model from screwing over the vendors by taking a massive cut of their profits!
No stores inside. Just a shell
Nice clean place, I dont understand why this mall is it more popular and why all the stores are leaving, its a really nice place and a great environment. We need to support stores in these malls to keep them from going bankrupt or shopping malls might become extinct all together.
The mall use to be a fun place to shop but now most of the stores has closed up. I think it is still a good mall just need to get businesses back in There .
This mall is not the same, businesses have died there.
I watched the clearing of the land for this Mall years ago! It was something Muskogee never had. Once completed, it was great! The major anchor stores, many new businesses and the food court. Now it sits mostly empty. Stores there now are few, but they are still good stores. Ive heard the U.S. Post Office is moving there. Not sure if that will help it from dieing completely.
Clean but it’s because nothing is there. It’s a great place for people to walk. The stores that are there are nice but there is only a few now. Hopefully they will grow. I’m glad to see the post office moving in!
Nothing there.. Its not a mall, its more like a huge diserted hall.
Nice little mall. Has nice stores. My favorite store in the whole mall is bath & body works the only reason why Ill roll out of bed to head to this mall. Literally am able to walk through the entire mall in 20 minutes.
Most of the stores have shuttered
Almost all of the stores that went out of business and this places looks like a ghost town so sad they cant pull it together
There were not to many stores. But my favorite EarthBound was there which made my day and a 5 dollar photo booth I was happy to see
Nothing left in here. A couple of stores are hanging on, but the place has definitely dried up. Cleanliness is not great. Earthbound is always fantastic, but even the food court has gone downhill.
It is very dead. In their defense though most shopping malls are because of online shopping.
Not so good, all businesses are leaving the mall
It used to be a very beautiful mall, now its pretty dead. I hope they bring this place back I miss shopping here!
Theres nothing left of it!! Well, Bath and Body Works & that might be the best store they had to begin with so Im not complaining.
Went to the P.O
Post office
Post office relocated in mall . Sorry to see stores close. But its much easier to get in and out of post office now.
Food court had an abysmal selection. And so few stores to shop. Granted, the Chinese restaurant & Subway proved tasty & the available stores were nice. It just surprises me Muskogee cant support a better mall.
Went to JC Penneys and bought several thingsEven though to mall doesnt have very many stores it is still clean and music playing. I love going to JC Penneys.
It can do better about adding different places to shop, at least lower their rent.
This place needs more businesses so bring it back but it is a comfortable place like it
This place was awesome back in the day. Now they dont have anything there.
Its a dying mall but what stores that are still there are great!
I enjoy attending the cinema at Arrowhead. I like seeing their security personnel. Theyre very pleasant and approachable. The mall is clean and clutter-free. And the fish tank is always a source of amazement.
Love shopping at the dollar tree there
Im being generous rating it a 3. The mall is dying. The movie theater shut down. There are more stores in the mall that are closed than open. Its sad
Its not the same mall I remember from years ago because some shops have closed. But it was not crowded and it easy to find a place to park. The mall Santa was also super friendly to people who walked by!
Most of the shops have closed but it is still clean and the shops that are managing to keep their doors open are great places.I recommend grabbing a smoothie and lounging in the vape shop off of the food court.I give it 4 stars not to reflect poorly on the shops, which Id gladly give 5, I give it 4 because the mall itself is run so poorly that most of the shops have had to close.
Totally awesome lady, Sydney at JCPENNEY who went way above & beyond the scope of her duties to help me find a Denim Levis Jean Jacket Vest. She ordered it for me online & that wasnt even her department. She is a perfect example of how to provide outstanding customer service! A grateful customer, PAM
Its really sad to see a place that used to thrive when I was a child now dying. I visit here frequently for nostalgia purposes and just walk around. Seems like every time I go another place is gone. I hope something comes of the place instead of it just ending up abandoned. Juice express is amazing and I love going to Earthbound to look around.
