Friendly helpful staff, lots of items, few low carb choices though

I love going to my family dollar store. There is plenty of room to move up and down the aisles and they are not cluttered with boxes. My store is always clean and welled stocked up even during the pandemic shut down. Everyone was running to Walmart but my store was the go to store. Cashiers are friendly and they get to know their customers. I guess that is why it is called Family Dollar.

If youre going to be in this area dont be flexing if you know what I mean keep your cash tucked away and mind your own business in this area cuz I myself have been robbed in this town

I was treated like a shop lifter. The machine beeped when I was leaving on a old product I had. They yanked my coat out of my had and ripped the lining. Didnt even help pick up my products. And when I tried to leave it beeped on another product it didnt before that. Weird, I feel they were messing with me only. I got singled out and no apologies for how they treated me.

Went to go shopping since its $5 off $25 Saturday and there was no cart. She was RUDE when I even asked ...said we only have 3 because they keep getting stolen like I stole them myself.I left.

No carbs for handicapped people to help them shop no public restroom for an elderly person to use our young child other than that I guess its okay but only one Clark working

I love shopping here the employees are always helpful and nice and the store is organized and clean

Family Dollar does not honor coupons and here we are in a recession, so I decided I would return the 2 bottles of Dove shampoo I bought with a $4 coupon. Family Dollar only took 40¢ off my total for it. My total was $25 and it lowered it to $23, but I had another $1 coupon on top of that.This was at the family Dollar store at 24th and okmulgee in Muskogee, on March 25th, at 4pm and a stringy hair brunnette was helping me. I was displeased with their coupon policy, in which the customer still pays full price for products, so the unkempt clert told me to go to another store to get my refund of half the price of the products. Thats what I did too just to be sure it was family Dollars policy to continue to steal from consumers, though I wish I kept the Dove now, since I was ripped off again.Family Dollar received the product, the coupon (which the manufacturer pays them for) and my money for full retail price. Then, they didnt return all that money and they wasted my time.I will not darken their door again. I will go to Dollar General where there is better stuff and better policies and a better experience all around. Family Dollar does not honor coupons, returns, or any standard. The worst part is they dont honor the people that make them, the customer.

Absolutely love this place. Its my go to for quick and easy shopping. Plus cant beat the prices.

Not my regular store to shop but on this particular morning this is where i stopped and the following occurred.Watched a woman in front of me leave an entire shopping cart of items because she was unable to get cash back after using her debit card because it was 9:30 in the morning they had just opened and arent a bank. Keep in mind there was not a sign stating no cash back! Then I prepare to purchase items that were in the store circular that I picked up when I entered the store, the sale sign was also on the shelf in front of the items...but when she rang the items up the sale price wasnt applied. When i asked why i was informed that that sale had ended on January 22nd... but today is February 1st! I refused to purchase those particular items, but what was even worse than the false advertisement was the attitude of the clerks...I was actually on my best behavior, but little do they know it could have gone a different way but Im trying🤐🤐🤐🤐. Wait theres more...I had already asked the clerk prior to making it to the register, if she was that busy or was she in fact following me all over the store...she claimed to be putting sales tags on shelves, but ironically she was able to come open the second register once I went to the counter! They REALLY dont know... Ijs

The Clerks are always caring and helpful

I go to Family Dollar on average once a day. Either I or my girls are always needing something at the last minute.
