Great, staff wear their masks, store is clean, and it is the only place Ive found street kitchen butter chicken.

Very large store. Nice selection. Its a Walmart exactly what youd expect. If you drive a truck or camper good place to stop for the night.

One of the bigger Walmarts with a Taco Bell and a Bank inside.Different layout than most.Seemed to be nicely stocked, obviously seasonal spaces were being reset

The store itself is good just like a regular Walmart. Most of the staff were even friendly and helpful. There was on door greeter that refused to let me and my wife leave. We lost our receipt after eating at the taco bell. We were leaving and she stopped us. After realizing I lost our receipt I offered to show my bank statement showing how much we spent. She refused and sent us back clear across the store to retrieve a receipt. The employees at the other end let us leave after hearing what happened. I know you think your a super cop but next time work with the customers that are willing to work with you.

Great Walmart! It was bigger than I expected, well stocked, and prices were better than at my Walmart where I live.

This is the location we use every time we decide to go to the lake and or the Illinois River. This store is awesome and we love every visit. The employees are always busy and ready to help. The store is well stocked with kept cleaned, they have a great electronics department with a large variety not offered at other locations. Outside could use some assistance with litter control but the store is in whole a great store.

Pretty much the same as always. Not great but not terrible.

Only 1 card self check out up and running and 1 cash self check out, along with 1 regular cashier. Lots of stocking still going on at 0730 in the morning especially in health and beauty making it difficult to reach certain items unless you move stocking ladders or find an employee. Also, the employee stocking was only covering her mouth with her mask. The employee directing traffic at the self checkout was very friendly and helpful though even with limited registers

Never Seen a Store So Empty... They Had Stockers but everyone was moving as Sneals. Its in Pure Leadership... No accountability or Sense of Urgency PERIOD. Didnt see 1 Manager on floor and I went throughout whole Store.. for Over a Hr shopping.. Wow..! HORRIBLE!!Week later.... STILL WORST STORE IN COMPANY. HAS TO BE!!!

Walmart is okay if you dont have anywhere else to shop. I prefer family owned businesses and its sad that Walmart has booted out the smaller, family owned stores. I suggest going to Crest Foods for groceries! They have way better prices and they are family owned!!

Funny how I have called 6 times and when someone finally answers ( letting it ring for 5+ minutes at a time) I ask my (what should be) easy question, they put me on hold.........however every single associate forgot to hit hold before slamming down the phone...... Phone etiquette ladies..... Please learn how to use your phones. Ill be there soon to ask in person lets see how you use personal hold......

Love this store with 1 exception. There is a small female manager around 10pm that tends to all but scream to the customers to get out. She announces literally as loud as she can every 10 minutes the store is closing at 11. I get it everyone is ready to go home but she really does go overboard and isnt very friendly when you ask for assistance. Its so bad the stockers apologize for her. Other than her we love this store we just dont go if shes there.

Bought a display patio set. It was the cashiers 1st day in outdoor living and he was very nice and as helpful as possible. After paying and checking out we were about to load it up when a lady tapped me on the shoulder and explained since he was new he didnt know displays were sold at a discount. She escorted me to customer service and they gave me $179 back!!! Which i turned around and bought new pillows for my old set!! What a great example of employees!

These people are great! I returned some shampoo, tanning lotion etc and something leaked bad. Without thinking, I threw the nasty bag away along with the receipt! I was freaking out and they did my return with a smile and not the anticipated hassle!

To have your groceries curbside is very frustrating. 1st no signage to where to go, 2nd employees dont know where it is. The email said check in on app, well nowhere to check in. Finally found the pickup. Great after that. Only reason I gave 3 stars. The pickup is behind the Pharmacy. Not hard to note that!! Get your act together Walmart!!!

It is a super center with a lot of products to chose from however if you look closer those choices are not as many as they once were. Walmart is making those choices shrink away. Walmart is adding their own generic brands and forcing out all the other brands by making the other brands too expensive for us to buy. When we do not buy the other brands Walmart stops offering them and they only offer their cheap brands. They control the market. Less brands to chose from means less freedom of choice.

The last couple of trips have left me wondering why the shelves are half empty of necessary goods. Food in particular. Instacart program has ruined it for the person who actually goes shopping.

The cashier was very nice and helpful. We have had issues with other cashiers before not knowing how to do stuff but this one was great. We were out quickly even with the lines. Would definitely go through her line again.

I was on a scooter and needed a TV brought to the front. Cashier said no one was there to do such that early in the morning. As I left the greeter asked if I found what I needed I said yes but no one there to help me get it. He said Ill help you and did. The cashier was mad when I checked out. She must of had a bad day. She needs customer service training for sure.

Im jealous! We dont have Taco Bell in our Tulsa, OK Wal-Marts! We found this one driving through Muskogee, OK.

Shopping here is wanting just to stay home and order it all from Amazon. Out of just about everything. I understand supply chain probs, but when you see a truck going past makes you wonder if yall even order.

I normally hate going to Walmart, but was surprised during this visit. I am visiting during the summer and ran into local Walmart. Found everything easily, most lanes open, and good parking. In and out in no time.

If they put cashier working people. They wouldnt have STOP a customer when they are walking out. After they check there own self out. But seems like they only stop certain customers.

Need to be bigger and carry more. Ill not buy messy here! Have to go to Muskogee and get my milk. No smalls in clothes for women.

This Walmart was really clean, and they ensured cart cleaning supplies were available for customers. I got in and out quickly in the self-check lane with no problems. I did initially attempt to go through a line with an actual cashier. I figured it was before most people are off work, so I didnt expect so many customers checking out at once. So the self-check was actually super fast and convenient. At the end of the day, no one wants to go to Walmart, but if you must, this one was more than acceptable.

Found everything we were looking for but the restrooms needed attention. Check out was pretty fast.

Found exactly what I was looking for.I love Glory brand seasoned spinach. The Walmarts near me dont carry it anymore, for some unknown reason. So we we traveling and saw the Walmart in Muskogee, and I wanted to see if by chance they had it. Yes they did! Enid Walmart, whats the problem?Store was clean. Clerks were friendly.

Just came from there ...again they did not have all that I needed. Corperate wonders why I am one of the people that hates Wal Mart. Still there are 4 other stores within a 183 mile radius that I will use if I have to. In Texas I never shopped there.

Out of a lot of essentials. Had to goto AutoZone for washer fluid and Aldi for buns. Its not as much a supply problem as a management not ordering enough problem.

5 times Ive done the online order, pick-up. Very nice n fast. Must specify great value, etc. Or you get name brands.

Dont waste youre time.

Used self check out today and the wal mart associate had had to come over 17 times to clear the screen due to duplicate charged items and errors. I got home and my receipt showed several duplicate charges for items i only had one of. One bag of dog treats showed up charging me 5 times. DONT USE SELF CHECK OUT AS ITS NOT RELIABLE OR ACCURATE. I am so upset Wal Mart cant be ethical!

It was good. A lot of people though. There was these three young girls that was in such a big hurry to get around me and my sister they almost knocked me down. Im 65 and shes 81. They were in their teens.

Walmart is the best place to shop in person online. Everything you need is right there cheap is my way of shopping more for your bucks!!!!

Tahlequah Walmart is my FAVORITE. They always have what I need, and its clean! If youre every too busy/lazy to get groceries try the online pickup. Ive never had any problems!

The Muskogee Wal Mart is better than the other stores we shopped at. We had no trouble finding everything we need. Its well stocked with anything you might need. Theres still the matter of stocking shelves at the right time. We were also there to get our Covid shots. Very friendly and well organized.

Never can find employees that work in any department. they all seem to be fosters & stockers. spent half hour trying to find 3 items in vitamin/ supplements that the app said was in stock but couldnt find any of them or help. even at self checkout register, the workers just came & called for someone else to come when my sisters item needed ID check. took almost half hour.

Went in to buy a phone and the guy associate was rude. It was almost like he was trying to argue with us. We told him what we were looking for and he didnt know what were talking about so instead of calling someone over, he tried selling us a contract phone, which we didnt want. 🤦‍♀️

Could have someone come pick up the donation box out towards the end of the parking lot.. other than that it was delightful.

In muskogee Walmart today and I have to say this is by far the worst. Been waiting over 45 min for someone to help us in jewelry. Granddaughter needs a tiara for her first pageant tomorrow. Yellow jacket person was rude and just walked off. Guess its not her job as a shift leader to make sure workers are at their positions. Oh well just my thoughts.

I havent been to Walmart Supercenter since last month. Its where I do do most of my shopping. However they have everything scattered out so much now. That sometimes it makes it almost impossible to find everything. There in the Mini Max I can find the rest of what I need.

Its Walmart. Whether you like it or not, you gotta go there.

Shopping is fine till ya gotta check out then there isnt enough cashiers a d ya gotta wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes.

Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone and if they do, you better not get transferred to a different department until they know for sure that someone is there to pick up the phone or you won’t be talking to anyone again after that. Was told a tv was in stock with a few available, get to the location and they told me it wasn’t in stock. (30 minute lapse). Then they tell me it’s on their truck but they would not unload the truck so I couldn’t get the tv still. “It will be on the shelf tomorrow”. Won’t be relying on anything they say over the phone again. Complete waste of a trip.

First time was really really good. They give big portions. This time tasted like it was cooked in old grease or something. Flavor not fresh. Maybe it was cuz hit was so late i got thru with those two little girls there not answering the app and finally callinh in. Will give them another try. But late, give yourself before 730 to call in. Those little girls dont want to answer the app.

Went in to get 2 things. Waited in a line clear out past the frozen aisles and after holding a jug of orange juice for half an hour to find out you needed cash for those self check outs. I left my 2 items and went to another store to get what I needed! I HATE WAL-MART!!!!!!

It was quite nice to see more than one checker open. In fact I counted AR least 5 open. Usually at the store by us. Theres only one.

Awesome walmart as a truck driver they let us shop and if needed do a ten hour. So please guys police your area keep it clean.
