Pretty much a normal Pennys. Like all mall stores not very busy. You can shop around without bothering people or being bothered.

This location is closing, good deals were found but sad to be losing one of the towns main stores.

Great selection, most people have forgot about JCPenney but they actually have some really nice clothes and great selection on cool t-shirts. If you havent been there in a while, go check it out.

JCP salon is the best. Jessica Legarda is the greatest stylist. She has taken care of my families hair for over 10 years. The salon has a family feel to it, from the manager to the nail tech, everyone is genuine.

Riley H. is so helpful and genuinely kind. We LOVE seeing her EVERY time we visit.

Nice store losing to online shopping. You could shoot a canon through here and nobody would get hurt. Still like to see, you and try on before purchasing clothes. Sending back is wasteful on the environment, too.

I found amazing deals in store. Also found good deals on the App but even better in store. Im so thankful ArrowheadMall Muskogees mall decided to keep JCP

Great selection of merchandise at our local Muskogee JC Penneys. But more importantly than that is the awesome customer service that salesperson Jasmine and manager Stephanie provide. Shop local and go see these two wonderful people. It will be an enjoyable shopping experience!!

This store isnt the best store. They rarely have anything in stock. I usually shop online for everything. This store takes forever to give the items to you that youve ordered. There is no single place to pick up your orders. Not sure if its because of the understaffing or what it is. But waiting on other customers to check out their merchandise is horrendous. I try to go in the daytime to check for my online orders just for this reason

Went in the door that said pick up. Of course, the desk was closed. Went across the store to another desk. Told him that I had an order to pick up. He had to go back across the store to the back room behind the original desk that was closed, get the package, and walk back across the store to me. Did not appear to be a rational way of doing things.

Very well dressed ppl you will love the jcp lineup for shoppers this year all grill lover or house chefs will just flip they lid when they see the cook wear.

Nice merchandise for sale. Advertised sale of buy one get one 50% off, meant to me that each item benefited from a 25% discount. Only needed one item, but there was no discount when buying only one item.

Had a closing store sale people were very friendly.

Not enough cashiers . Need to add a few more on cyber monday night. The ones therewere very helpful just plain swamped.

You need to separate the mens from the womens when it comes to picking orders up. Put the women in their department, and the mens in theirs. I watch you loose slot of business because of it. Go figure it out. And your managers on duty are worthless

The cashier was friendly and knew her job well. The store did need more help to serve the customers.

Its just kinda blah there are never any workers to help you find things. The employees at the check out are always nice when you check out and come in but the actual shopping part isnt so great.

The sales Personnel was absolutely great extremely friendly and helpful

Well, lesson learned, dont make special appointments here for weddings etc, that is unless you want to wait 30 minutes past the time and your stylist doesnt even bother to show up to work! Lucky there are other hair salons!

I am always finding really good deals at JcPenny. Watch their sales especially around the 4th of July for school clothes. For years Jcpenny was the only place I could find slim fit jeans and huskys since i had boys in both. Several stores have small boys selections but you will find a wide variety. I am also able to find everything they need from underwear to shoes so im not having to shop in multiple stores.

They dont honor their price when it is clearly in the wrong place under the display of sale item and no it was not a mistake. That is how the clerks stocked it. I didnt make those item purchases. JC penny isnt the place to be.

Like Penneys but savings type sales not as usual.

Drove 60 miles to pick up order and they wouldnt ģive my order to me after showing me my order was there .They sent me a email saying it was in so when I went to get it they opened their pkg.They even showed me the color aND size of my order to me because their invoice show ed it would be there in 2days.they wouldnt release it for 2 days dispite it laYing there on their counter. I will never order any thing again from jcpennys because of there ridiculous customer service.

Everything was picked over in boys section. Employee I asked for tshirts told me if you dont see it we dont have it. She was short with me and did not help me find what I was looking for.
