Locals will remember this as Marvins Food Market. The name has changed, but it is still the same neighborhood oriented store with a friendly and helpful staff. We buy the majority of our meat and poultry here because of their high quality and more than reasonable prices

I went to the store for chips(initially I wasnt sure what kind I wanted, but I decided on Toms mesquite BBQ.) Water, Soda. I found the soda I wanted and then received a text message from Mum asking for Eclairs, so I searched the freezers and found her preference for these tasty pastries. I made my purchases and left the store, later realizing that in my search for chips and Pastry, I forget to get water😂 I purchased this at a competing store😟. I found everything I wanted easily and a clerk opened a register when he saw a line form. So essentially I was in and out with about 25 seconds of wait time.

Love this little store! Always great prices and the staff is very friendly. I usually stop in for little things, because its so close to my house. They have a good sized produce selection as well as meat and everything in between. Also, you can usually count on them for holiday decorations and holiday treats that are CHEAP!

Really like 5 for 20 meat deal, and they almost always have a meat on sale for extra meat, fast and friendly service great store!

Ive always shopped there every since I moved back 10+ yrs now they offer the pick 5 for $20 if youre looking for a good buy on steaks go to the farthest corner of the meat

Love this store. Prices are cheaper. Meat is fresh and veggies are fresh also. They carry Post Nabisco shredded wheat the large biscuit size. This is so hard to gin. WallMart doesnt carry this item. Love the paper sacks. They font tare like the plastic bagd,and bearer on the enviroment.

Good place to buy groceries. Prices are great. Name brand and off brand products. Friendly customer service and very clean store.

They have pretty good sales here. Watch your dates though because some of the good sales are in items that are about to expire. Overall pleased with my shopping experience each time I go. Fairly cheap prices on a lot of items. Small store so not like having to walk all over a huge Walmart sized store. I will definitely return.

We dont have a lot of grocery stores in Muskogee. Still trying to find a happy medium of good meat prices from one place to another and figuring which one should hold the bulk of my monthly food budget. Number 1: I liked the Choose 5 deal, which is where you choose whichever labeled product with this tag on it, 5 of them, all for $20 plus 10%. If you dont have a lot of money, this is nice because it allows you to purchase multiple items of variety for very little. Youd be surprised what you can make a burrito out of, ya know? Number 2: The produce department had a lot of rotten food on display, unculled, and rearranged as if it was nice, to try to sell it. I understand trying to keep prices low by not throwing old stuff away but if you seriously think people are going to buy moldy food you are sadly mistaken. Stop trying to make it look like its a choice when it just needs to be thrown out. Number 3. The people were ridiculously nice. A warm genuine smile makes all the difference to me, especially when we are obviously not from around here. Number 4. Please, if you care anything at all about holding your lunch in, do not use the bathrooms in this store. I somehow managed to go unscathed without touching an inch of it and even stood there debating whether my sanity would allow me to wash my hands, but I couldnt actually bring myself to touch anything at all and ended up having to just walk out... I feel really bad for the employees. Overall, It needs help. But with the nice people and cool deals, it is a decent place to stop when you dont need too much.

I like that its small because I am becoming old and it is getting harder and harder to walk farther and farther.The people were friendlier (or at least the cashiers were when it was Marvins) but the prices were jacked up too.This place has great prices but no frills and different stock than before.

Freezers are always messed up so cant get ice cream for grandkids

They have really great deals on 12 packs of cola with a variety of different brands to choose from, also the produce was fresh looking and fair priced and surprisingly bountiful for a smaller grocery store. Overall I had a great shopping experience everything was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful, I like the fact they will help you out with groceries, *(JUST LIKE THE GOOD OLE DAYS )😉

Formerly Marvins, their prices are unbelievably low! Quality is as good as any other grocers in Muskogee. Their stock hasnt been depleated despite the parking lot being full for two days now. I compared their prices to my regular grocery receipts & it was easily a $20 savings on my $60 total purchase.

When you shop here you will see, not just sales tax, but the stores 10 percent charge on your receipt. Some of the prices arent bad, but others are kind of high.
