I called all over the Tulsa area looking for someone to educate, and provide me with the best mattress for my needs. When I called “Mattress by Appointment” a real person actually answered the phone and was ready to listen and help. I didn’t have to listen to a long drawn out message, or choose between 6 options. They answered the phone and addressed me as if they were expecting me to call and as if I was a friend.Not only did I get the answers, and mattress that I was looking for, but most importantly I felt like I was in good hands from day 1. I continued to shop around but eventually went back to Mattress by Appointment because of the confidence I felt in who they were as a business and their leadership. I recommend no one else!!!

The best secret in town. We got a name brand bed made in America, for half the price of any store. Besides that, Jarrod is knowledgeable and cares more about you than selling you something.

Getting good customer service at any store these days is very difficult due to the labor shortage. That problem does not exist at Mattress by Appointment because these guys set aside time special for each and every customer on an appointment only basis. This means I have no fear of being ignored or not getting my questions answered due to a lack of adequate help. 5-Stars for customer service!

Great place to buy a mattress! My wife wanted a soft mattress but I needed a more firm for my back and they found us the perfect mattress for a fraction of what we were expecting to pay. Weve had it for a few months now and were both loving it! Jarrod was friendly and very patient putting up with us. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a mattress and have a great experience.

Buyer Beware!! I was very disappointed. Our mattress is already sagging and only had it a couple months. Paid to much for this to happen. I was also told it would go towards my credit and when I called, they said it was some po-dunk creditor. I wouldnt recommend, especially if you have great credit

Jared was great, told him I needed a good twin bed cheap and quick, he got me in and out in less than 10 mins and even offered to deliver for me if it didnt fit in my car...it did. I would def shop with them again!

I love buying from local family owned businesses, especially when they save you a lot of money like these guys. Cooper is a nice guys, he is very knowledgeable about his products, and he can save you a lot of money on a new mattress compared to the big chain stores in town.
