We had been going in to Allens to browse for a couple years and when we were finally ready to buy a sectional we chose Allens because of their amazing no pressure customer service, and family owned business feel. Ben the manager has been amazing through the process of purchasing and sped up our production date so we can have it before we move. We just received our sectional today and couldnt be happier! The delivery guys were absolute top notch. Could not recommend them more!

Dishonest, unethical, and unhelpful.Allens will try to sell you a fabric protection plan that they claim will cover anything and everything that may happen to your new furniture. Dont believe it. I purchased this plan and didnt have to use it until several years later. When I called to file a claim, there was no record of my purchase. It took 3-4 weeks for them to resolve that issue. When I was finally allowed to submit the claim, it was immediately denied due to the fact that I didnt submit the claim within 7 days. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere... anywhere else.

Looking for a living room set. Several on the floor. None at this point meet needs. Sofa design and leather with flat cushions. Vendors are typically putting dual recliners on ends resulting in 2 center humps. Making lying down uncomfortable. We will continue hunting and may return for possible better pricing.

Cannot recommend Allens Furniture enough.We have furnished our bedroom and living room with furniture from Allens and their pricing is more competitive than any site or store weve found.Customer service is also A+. We ordered a custom Flexsteel sofa from Allens but were unhappy with the tufting once wed brought it home and saw it under better lighting. We sent photos to Allens and they agreed with us, and immediately requested a replacement from Flexsteel. They let us keep the couch while we waited for the replacement. Once Allens received the replacement they were not 100% satisfied, so they sent it to an professional upholstery shop to make if perfect. We are very happy with the outcome - the Allens team came today to pickup the original sofa and deliver the new and improved sofa.Excellent phone and email communication throughout the process.We will be buying more from Allens!Alex from Ravensdale

I recently made two separate purchases at Allens that required after delivery support and corrective action. I contacted Allens and spoke to Jeff Opland. He quickly gave me suggestions on how Allens could resolve the issues, and took the necessary action to get it done. In both cases the issues were resolved within a few days and replacement items shipped to my home. I rank customer support equal to or greater than price for major purchases and was very happy with the care I received.I was extremely impressed by the great customer support from Jeff and will shop Allens in the future .Rick L

Got a super comfy reclining sofa here. Allen always seems to be around when I am looking around and always tells me to bring him a better deal and hell see if he can beat it! He definitely wants your business and so do his associates but I have never felt like they were very pushy. I bought my couch from Allens when I still lived in Seattle because it was tough finding a seat that is not uncomfortably modern. My couch rocks and I plan to have it a while. Now that I live in the claw I plan on doing all my furniture purchases through Allens.

Handed off from one salesman to another because a different customer came in. Not polite about it either. Second salesman was rude and did not seem interested in helping us. Called back next day and was put on hold. Finally gave up waiting. Called back later and this time got same rude salesman.Had enough and decided to drive an hour away and bought same items from JR Furniture where they were eager to have my business.Allens furniture is local to me, but I will never shop there again.

I shopped around A LOT and came back to Allens to purchase my new living room furniture. They had a price-match guarantee but I didnt need it because their prices were the lowest on what I was looking for. The staff is friendly and theres no high-pressure sales. I worked with Ben and he couldnt have been more helpful. Im recommending Allens to everyone I know.

Wasnt planning on a purchase today. Being new buyers we agreed not to jump on a purchase. But the staff was so inviting and accommodating. If there was a question the gal helping us didnt know the answer to. She didnt try to run around the issue she asked and got the answer. Not a pushy person in there.when my wife decides its my turn to get furniture I know where she will be going.
