I had a great experience here today. I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The customer service was great. The sales Person Cristina was very helpful with knowledge on all of the appliances. And on top of it all the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend PCW Appliance.

I went in to get a part for my washing machine and the part number that I got from whirlpool was incorrect. I took the part back and Christina told me she would exchange it (and magically the new part was the exact same price as the first part) when she brought the part out to give to me it was in an old beat up box with all kinds of things scratched off and the part was clearly used and rusted. I said I didn’t want an old rusted part for the same price as a new one. She told me she would order a new one in. I was hesitant because I was on a time constraint. I asked her about a new lid latch as well she never called back about that part. The part took longer (only by a dayish) than expected but I’m that time I had to order a new washer since I would not be able to have the part installed. I had a family member take the old rusted part that she insisted I tried back to the store and ask for a refund since I had to buy a new washer. She said she wasn’t the person who could decide that and that I should try and sell the part on the Internet. I now have the brand new part that she ordered still sealed in a factory box that they will not return. Furthermore, when you go you are basically forced into paying cash. Ive called once a week to try and talk to Christina to see if she ever talked to whoever is in charge of refunds and she has not returned any of my calls. In the past I’ve used Dew’s and D&L without any issue, but in a bind I used PCW and got ripped off. I ended up paying $72 for a $25 part. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and avoid PCW.

I always try to support small businesses and I’m very new to the area. I needed appliances for an entire kitchen for my home that flooded (range, refrigerator, dishwasher) I called and they had a set that would work for us or so I thoughtWe got all Frigidaire appliances for $3200 plus had to pick up. refrigerator was too big I asked for 64” it was 66” and has huge dents in the front, stove drawer was broken and we received a dryer plug in place of a range plug twice the dishwasher came with ge brand seals which did not work with the dishwasherThe lady helping us was very nice but the exact same appliances are at Home Depot for 1/3 of the price with all working parts. The only response we received was no exchanges no refundsLast time I trust a small business in the areaWe won’t be using them again

Complete scam job!!! Was sold new but last years model appliances, come to find out when the microwave stopped working 3 weeks later at they where built in 2011!!! Its 2021 save yourself the time and wait for Lowes or Home Depot to get it in stock at least it will be manufactured in this decade.

This place is pretty bad. Put down a deposit on a used dryer and told them the date i would be picking it up. When I came back on the pickup date the person I spoke to previously said he wondered when I was coming back because he wanted to sell it?The dryer i bought quit heating within 2 months or so. Called them back and they sent a repairman that said the apartment exhaust vent was clogged and thats why it wasnt working, so Id have to get the apartment staff to clean it. Had apartment staff come and clean exhaust but said that it wasnt even dirty. So basically the repairman lied to us.Replaced dryer with another used one from a different vendor and it works great.Should have listened to the other reviews, this place has poor customer service and I wouldnt trust any warranty from them. Look elsewhere if possible.

Awful, waited 2 days only to find out that the tech wasnt certified to do the repair. Complete waste of time. Inefficiently run and tech had an terrible attitude.

We had apiance repair call .the technicians came fairly quick and mr Joe have tremendous knowledge and fixed it in minutes . We also went and bought a a stainless set for great pricing they have have the biggest selection in the shop and great pricing . We will refer you more . The oldest family owned business in town since 1970 . Great place and people

Great local owned company thats been in business in Myrtle Beach for over 40 years. (much longer than your box stores or other competitors) They are honest, hard working people who do their best to get the job done right at a great price. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs and warranty service as well as purchasing new appliances as they are the authorized service provider for all major brands.

This business NEVER answers their service line and doesnt respond to voice mails. I had to call the SALES floor to get someone to answer the phone. Tech came in and supposedly fixed my dryer....it broke less than 3 weeks later. Same issue. After 15 days without a dryer and no responses from their service department, I went to Lowes and bought a dryer. This is why people dont support local businesses....no customer service.

We called to see if they service Jenn Air appliances and she just hung up on us! I guess they don’t. So we found someone else.

I took my washing mashine to get it fixed and they didn’t do anything, they charged me 250 and it didn’t work, they are thief’s

I called PCW after smelling an electrical or chemical smell from my oven. The service guy came out, spent 10 minutes, and said it was bug spray(couldnt have been as there has been no spray) and to turn the oven on to burn the smell off. I did as I was told. The oven blew up. When I told the service manager, Mr. Parker, he offered to give me half the service fee back (how generous). When I went to get the $35..he had changed his mind! So..Im out an oven AND they reneged on the tiny refund....pretty shady operation.

I am an major supporter of local businesses and being new to the area, I continued this philosophy when I decided to go with PCW Appliances to fix my microwave. It was to my dismay that this is the ONLY local business Ive run into so far that truly showed a negative light to their operation. My technician Roger was very nice an upbeat and finished the job within 20 minutes of arrival. I thought Eureeka! Although it was a 100.00 bill I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the microwave went out again the very next day. Of course I called back asking for a return of service but since 1/2/19, all Ive received was talks about ordering parts and now that it is 1/11/19, I have not received a return phone call or schedule for return. I feel beaten. I feel discarded over 100.00. Im not one to complain much on reviews but I should have heed some of the previous WARNING comments prior to choosing this company. Their tagline is Providing service to people, not just machines Hmph! Learn from me and be the wiser!

PCW was suggested as a supplier of high end kitchen appliances. However, when we arrived, the showroom had more used appliances than new. The new appliances were not high end. The showroom had a very limited selection on display.

They were very helpful and friendly

They helped me find my part even when it meant sending me to another parts store.

14yrs is very good and very quiet and never had to be serviced .Bosh dishwasher love it.

Do not waste your money on this company. Repairman took less than a minute to tell me sorry out of warranty we dont work on this type of refrigerator.

Can’t say anything good about a company that tells you that they will give you a partial refund on a poor service call....but when you go to pick up your refund, they say that decided not to issue any refund. Not a smart business decision!
