Went to buy a dishwasher last night and the customer service rep was excellent. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job in finding a dishwasher in another store so we wouldnt have to wait 2 weeks to get a new one. We also looked at TVs and the customer service rep there, Norm, was also excellent. It is clear that the employees here care about good customer service. We will come back.

First experience with Geek squad and it will be my last. Made an appointment to get my phone repaired, I drove an hour to get there. They already knew what type of phone I had and what was wrong with it. 5 minutes after being there they said sorry, we don’t have parts in stock for your phone. Why couldn’t they have let me know before I drove for an hour to get there????? Their only solution was to send it off for repair. I expected to have the phone fixed that day. If I wanted it sent off I’d do that myself!!!! Geek Squad is a joke. Never again.
Took 22 minutes to talk to a sales person....one that said she would help me when she finished with her current customer. Instead she helped two other customers and never acknowledged me again. Finally got someone to help me buy at Fit bit Sense watch that I had previously decided to buy. Dont expect to talk to the local store as all call go to one place and the hold time was 25-35 minutes. Service is No where what it once was. The employees seem to be order takers not sales people with product knowledge. Talked to someone leaving when I was and he said he would not be back . I doubt if I will. Sad to see a very good company go downhill as it has.
I had the absolute worst retail experience I’ve experienced in my entire life. To make a long story short I purchased a 70” Samsung TV… after getting it to my house I realize oh no there’s a hole in the box. I open the box and sure enough the tv screen is shattered. Load it back into the truck go back and the best the manager could do is argue and bicker that I dropped the a TV and offered to take 50$ off of a new one… an associate that was extremely rude I might add said they have me on camera slamming the tv in the bed of the truck I asked to see the video, the manager reviews the video and says I didn’t transport it improperly AND even admits to seeing the hole where it’s shattered before I left the store the best he could do was sell me another for $468 and tell me (contact corporate) HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS…. Walmart has the same products and prices and much better customer service. $1300 down drain with an $800 TV to show for it.
I dont know what it is but I love ❤ shopping here even if Im just walking around to see whats new in the market. Greek Squad is on point no matter what your item is from laptop to smartwatches. Customers services is excellent from the moment you enter the store.

The customer service here is none existent. Employees are always on their phones paying no attention to the customers. Management is no where to be found. When you do get help everyone seems to not know anything… you’re better off shopping at the tech store down the road than going to this particular Best Buy.

Went to Walmart first to buy a TV that was a joke got a bigger and better one cheaper at best buy with fire stick and Alexa included. great deals cant beat it!! Best Buy stores are not all the same. This location resembles what you would expect a flagship store to resemble. The associates were plentiful and actively approaching customers to offer assistance. All questions were answered to satisfaction and I appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling to more expensive items. The restrooms were spotless, parking lot is large and I appreciated the fact that there was plenty of accessibility parking to accommodate handicap vans as well as regular handicap parking. ♿
This is one of the better BB Ive been to lately. Just got tired of waiting for some assistance to get a watch. Couldnt find anyone, and the couple people I did see were already helping. Maybe is was break time while I was there.
Its a best buy, they pretty much have a standard experience at this point. That said, the staff we interacted with here were very friendly and quick to assist when we asked for help. At the same time we werent bombarded by salesmen going is there anything i can help you with today? Like you would normally expect which was pleasent.
Called twice. First time I was hung up on after I asked an associate to check availability of an item in the Appliance department. The second time, I was sent into the best buy transfer menu without anyone even greeting me. If your associates are unwilling to speak to customers, then please instruct them to not bother answering the phone. If the constant ringing bothers them, remind them how bothered the person on the other end is when their call is hung up on or transferred after they were on hold over 10 minutes.
Chase Is pretty much a good guy. Everyone else in geek squad sucks. Everytime I come most of the techs are always copping an attitude and not seeing what can be done. I already wasted $120 for geek squad insurance only to be told they could not bring up an estimate for my issue with green dead pixels on my surface tablet. I want my money back.
Great customer service not too busy for a weekend visit. A little short staffed due to pandemic things going on. Return I made was fast and easy as can be.

My husband and I went to the Myrtle Beach location looking for a computer and Jon came over to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way and printed out the specs on the two we had narrowed our search down to, so we could read and make a more informed choice.
Got what I needed with no issues, but what I was needed was on the wrong shelf with the wrong price on it. Luckily the price listed was higher than the price it rang up as. The employees were kind and polite and everything was easy.

Stay away from this store and business. Would not even give this store a star but had to to post. On line customer service lies through their teeth. Drove 30 miles and was mislead to so called inventory (New Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus 64G) that was to be in this store. Talked to the so called day manager which was totally useless. Need the produce for a graduation gift to be given today. Juan A in customer service on line lied and should be fired. Will file a formal complaint with corporate but expect nothing to be resolved with this organization.
Botched nintendo oled release.A line formed over an hour before opening in which one lady was first, me second, and another man 3rd.No tickets, they just opened the door and it was a day at the races. Some people got to the back of the store and were sold the system, some went to the front registers and got it who had been at the back of the line.The lady in front of me got one, I didnt, and the man behind me understandably flipped out and was asked to leave after escalating things. But this didnt have to happen, this could have been avoided with some simple planning.

I have favored Best Buy for a number of years. Now, you have to order practically everything because there may be a display but they dont have very much in stock. It is a different era.
Well the curbside pickup didnt work. But the young man inside, more than made up for it. I didnt get his name, but a huge shout out to him. He is a valuable employee.

While a Best Buy employee was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable to sell me a big screen TV and scheduled it to be delivered and installed on Saturday in the AM and delivery was to be no later than 1pm it never arrived. I specifically told the store employee I needed morning due to a baby shower we were to attend at 3pm.There is no number to call the store number is not functional and there is no contact information to contact anyone.This leaves a very negative feeling for Best Buy and any purchases or recommendations to anyone to purchase from Best Buy.I am forced to miss the baby shower of a dear friend while waiting for Best Buy to show up and its now 3pm with no Best Buy delivery or set up in sight.
Only place that had the TV that I wanted (size, features, brand name) and it was at a great price
The woman at the electronics desk was rude and obnoxious. I asked her where we could find electric razors and she literally barked at me, I am busy, I have a customer on the phone! WOW! You have a live customer with a 55 TV and other items on a cart right in front of you. I asked for a manager and told him what had happened. He was equally disinterested in helping us, so we left over a thousand dollars of merchandise there and walked out.
People and service was excellent. The lack of basic products was not. I couldn’t get more than one micro USB charger and couldn’t get other common chargers that I needed. 😵💫I suggest buying via pickup in the Best Buy app to confirm if they have the items you want. This is because stuff that showed as available was not and me ordering ahead could have avoided a $20 Uber ride.

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I took my cell phone in for repairs and it was a quick fix. Nora, a member of the staff was extremely helpful. If I need help with my phone again this is the place to get service.I had gone to Verizon earlier that day and was locked out. They opened the door, took my phone, but would not let me inside because it was near their closeing time. I had to wait outside in the heat; then they opened the door, handed me back my non-working phone and said, couldnt fix your phone, come back tomorrow!Best Buy is now my go-to Store!
Extremely friendly staff even tho we came in at almost closing time. They took the time to help us look for a specific part. Couldnt find the first time. So.eone else came and found the spot but it was sold out. Not unexpected. So I will be back if I need some other form of electronics and am in town.

Bought a 2000 dollar pc from here and it died 26 days later no water damage just stopped working. When I came with my recept to get it exchanged they said you shouldve bought the extended warranty and theres nothing they can do. Never buying anything from bestbuy ever again and I hope amazon bankrupts you in 5 years.
Got a new phone here and service was great! The gentleman helping me had a nice conversation about games while my phone transferred over, which it took longer than usual because slow internet (ironic) which is the reason for 4 stars

Needed a new TV... But had lots of requirements and constraints. After looking on my own I ran into a salesperson who suggested a Hisense model. I bought it and it seems to be a good fit so far. The salesperson was patient, professional, and not pushy. Good service.
Stopped in to look at freezer, of course none in stick or on display. Spoke with employee, trying to determine shelf spacing, no help other than description on-line. Restroom needs a thorough cleaning and to be maintained.

At check out counter they upset you tech support say they will do in home set up if you buy there tech support. Then charge more for home visit. Both me and gentlemen with me asked several times and verified in home visit was free. Its not another $50. Last time I get computer from them.

I was looking for the MAC representative however he was not in. The young lady that helped me answered all my questions and showed me how to download my resume. Then referred to geek squard for what she didnt know
Visiting from out of town and had a slight tech emergency. Placed an order online for the needed replacements and within an hour they were ready for pickup. Curbside pickup was quick and very convenient. Two minutes and we were on our way and the day was saved.

Ordered a game system late last night online.First thing this morning received text I was all set for pick up.When we got to the store we thought to try the curbside pick up.(Since pandemic we havent tried any drive up. Pick up, etc figured be stupid we are on vaca & try it before were back to normal) followed the emails directions & sign at drive up. With in 3 minutes young lady cant it with order.Honestly we could get to used to being super lazy. Thanks best buy for always being consistent in your service no matter what state were in.

Our TV had to be replaced. Went to Best Buy and the salesperson (Elvis) took the time and showed me several types of televisions. Because of his advice, I was able to feel comfortable buying my new 75 inch set.

Had an online order to pick up and also needed to pick up something else while there.. didnt have a mask with me but one of the employees came up and told me I needed a mask and gave me one. I appreciated that. It was good to see them practicing safety and the store itself was very busy. Good to see people are able to get out and shop. Got myself an early Christmas present.

The mature representative working in the Computers and ancillary equipment greatly educated us on soundbar and how to set our TV to better understand the oice being over powered by back ground noice. He was great. We bought a soundbar with sub woofer set..

Best Buy won’t answer their phones so I tried talking to them through their texting method and I’m still waiting for someone to reply after being told it would be just a short wait for a live agent. Their customer service is the worst!

Customer service is very poor. Representatives on the sales floor near the tv department were very unhelpful. I went there to get a new smart tv after bringing it to a nearby checkout they had 3 workers at. I stood at the checkout for approximately 5-7 mins with no greetings, nothing while the workers stood at the counter all just casually talking. After standing there with no help, I kindly return the tv to its section and left the store to make my purchase elsewhere.
Best Buy doesn’t offer “Best Buys!” Staff is ok. Not a super friendly atmosphere. Limited stock. Ordered Apple laptop, which did not arrive on date I was promised. No apology. Impossible to speak to anyone via phone call.No curbside pickup as advertised. Didn’t seem thankful for my business. I suggest shopping elsewhere.
We had to return a TV for the second time because of defect. Keenan was very helpful and we left with a better TV which was an open box but we were taken care of .
