I had an appointment at 8:30 am on a Tuesday, no phone calls or return text messages until 10:00 am stating my replacement window was cracked and new window had been ordered. No one has called or returned my text/phone calls. Would not use this company! How many days would you sit around waiting for a return call? Integrity issues with this company!

Awful customer service. Don’t return calls, don’t answer phones. Extremely unprofessional. First told me he would have my window installed Tuesday, never called to let me know it couldn’t be done till Friday I sat home all day Tuesday. Runs the business out of his house 540 oxbow court Myrtle beach sc. reported to better business bureau. Please just go with safelite!

These guys are AMAZING!!!!!! I first met Joseph while I was working who told me about my windshield and showed me how damaged it was. I do so much traveling that I honestly havent taken the time to inspect my windshield He helped me take care of this right away and I literally had to do almost nothing to help. Tyler arrives and fixes my windshield right on the spot. These guys are fantastic!!!! He was so professional and quick with his job. I felt so much better having a new windshield....So today someone ran over a huge rock going really fast and it cracked my front windshield hard and it was ba . I called Tyler and joe up and type traveled here to fix my windshield and is doing it as we speak! Talk about a team?! This is amazing!!! I am so grateful I met you guys and because of these two I will definitely remain a life long customer
