I needed a quick repair when my rear window was shattered and I had to drive back to FL the next day. After calling four other places I spoke with Gary and he quickly assured me that he could not only find my glass but also do the repair the same day. He was professional and true to his word. Within 30 minutes he had me set up and even texted me my insurance contact information. The tech was friendly and efficient. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Dont know what I would have done without Associated Windshield. Great customer service.

I contacted Gary at Associated Windshield after our drivers side window was cracked by a stone that was kicked up by a passing car. Gary was easy to work with and was able to get me an appointment for the following morning. (the competition didnt have an opening for days). The insurance process was painless. The next morning Tom the installer showed up promptly, and had the replacement window installed quickly. He was very professional and neat. A true gentleman. I highly recommend them.

While on vacation I encountered a rock chip that ultimately spidered its way almost across entire windshield. I searched out this company online and they were better than advertised. Gary handled the entire process from start to finish. He even came to pickup vehicle because sensors had to be calibrated. I could not be happier with how things were taken care of. 3 different times I was promised someone would be over to look at a windshield on one of my commercial vehicles. The worst part is they didnt even call. 2 weeks later. I was in crisis mode when my commercial truck came back from the landfill with a massive crack about to spider across the entire windshield. It was Friday at 2:30pm and I had that vehicle scheduled for an out of town job first thing Monday morning. Due to DOT regulations, the vehicle had to be grounded until the windshield was replaced. After calling the national name brand company and receiving the devastating news that they could not do the replacement until the following Thursday - I searched around for a local vendor, which was when I found Associated Windshield. I spoke with Gary, and he informed me, by some miracle, that they had one windshield in-stock that matched my box truck model. He was able to schedule me the following day, a Saturday. The replacement was expertly installed by Tom and my crisis was adverted.I will never go to another company again and highly recommend Gary / Associated Windshield and Tom The Glass Dude.

These guys are great! Affordable and super helpful. John and Clark came to my work to replace my windshield after SAFELITE busted it while trying to fill in a crack and wouldnt replace it without an outrageous fee. These dudes were so nice and made the whole situation so much better!

Wednesday April 24th I was preparing for a trip to Washington DC to pick up my daughter.At 4.00 pm I found our van had some how acquired a massive cross shaped crack in the windshield sitting in the driveway.I could not get any of the most advertised places to even answer the phone.I was planning to leave at 4.00 am.My wife called associated at the Garden City office and the boss said he would ask if one of the techs could work overtime.The tech said he would come after his daughters sports awards ceremony.He came to my house and replaced the windshield in the dark while I held a spotlight I had for him to see.The job was perfect.Its been a month and a half and we have not had any leaks.I would give them ten stars if I could.

This past Wednesday I was in Myrtle Beach for business and totally shattered the back glass panel in my work truck. After working since 6a and driving 5 hours from Clemson, SC to Myrtle Beach I was tired, frustrated, and in a jam.My incident happened at 5:15p and I did a quick google search to try to get someone to help me out. I called a couple of the national services who told me they couldnt help me until 2 days later. I called a couple of other local places that were either closed or couldnt help me until late in the afternoon the next day. That was unacceptable to me. I had to be on the road for work appointments and couldnt afford to wait to get my glass fixed.By luck I reached Gary and Associated Windshield Specialist. Gary was patient in dealing with not only bad cell phone reception but my agitated attitude. Further he understand my expedited needs. He gave me his personal cell number so I could contact him later in the evening past working hours to get him my insurance and other vehicle information so he could have an installer to me by 9a the next morning.By 8:30a the next morning Gary called and gave me an ETA for his installer, spoke to my companies insurance and worked with me on payment (dealing with a corporate account and people that live in Central time can be a long process).I had to cancel an early morning appointment but was able to keep the rest of my days schedule. The new panel was put in professionally and the installer did a nice job vacuuming as much of the broken glass as possible.Thank you Gary, your installer, and Associated Windshield Specialist for keeping me on the road and taking care of my issues quickly, expertly, and kindly.

Is there a zero star rating ? They agreed to come replace my windshield on Saturday between 12-1. I told the tech that was the latest I could do because Id be driving the car 800 miles the very next day. They call and text me 45 min after they are supposed to be here to tell me that they cant come because his tool box fell off the truck. Then didnt bother to respond after that. Unbelievable. At this point its too late to try and find another company to do the work. Completely unprofessional.
