I mistakenly showed up a day early for a 4 wheel alignment appointment on my modified 1957 Chevy Pickup. They were able to get me in right away, got the job done right and at a great price! I highly recommend this repair shop. While vacationing in Myrtle Beach I had an issue with one of my F150’s turbos. These guys made the repair on time, quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Yes! This place is amazing. If you are here, you are family. I drove here on vacation from WV and My car started acting up and they got me in that day. Rodney and Stephen are awesome as well as everyone here. When everything was said and done they even gave me a oil change at no cost because they really wanted to make sure I was able to get home. These guys have worked on every car Ive owned since moving to the beach! I really dont trust anyone else to work on them! They are HONEST, RELIABLE and ETHICAL!!! Thats hard to find nowadays! I drove to Myrtle Beach to have them work on my vehicles when I was living up in Holden Beach and I drive from where Im living in Georgetown now. Excellent Service, Great Pricing, Honest Assessments Every Time!I took my 05 Chevy Silverado to West Tire and Auto Repair for tires and a check-up. After they assessed my vehicle, they let me know I would need wheel bearings for both front hubs and a tie rod. They gave me a very fair price and had my truck back to me in just a few hours. There few places I’d take my car to. I felt comfortable here cause the confidence the staff has in there technician when I described the type of car. I’m a technician myself but unable to fix my flat properly as I no longer have a tire machine. The rims were expensive as they are real racing rims. He fixed it fast and without any scratches to the rim or damage to the tire. Racing wheels are tougher to change as the bead is much tighter. After talking to Crestin the tech he has extensive knowledge that few people around here have. There very few people I’ve known that I’d have the confidence to touch my vehicle. I felt completely comfortable here and would recommend them to anyone.Update. Still very happy. Been back two more times. Prices are absolutely fair. They didn’t charge an a and keg like some shops due for run flat tires. Granted they weren’t very low profile but still good fair price. Balance always comes out perfect. Always uses tire paste for install which is the proper thing to do to prevent damage from low profile tires and run flats.

Great service, great people. I brought my truck in while on vacation having misfire issues. They replaced coils,plugs and the valve cover gasket and had me running great again the same day at an affordable price. Would recommend them to anyone!

The guys at West Auto are always fair and do a great job. I highly recommend if your looking for a car repair shop.I wrote the above message a while ago but I have since had a different view with west auto. I took my jeep there and left it for a week after hearing a thumping sound in a drive shaft they just worked on, they kept telling me they couldnt hear a noise when anyone riding in my jeep heard the noise. They finally just handed me my keys and told me to take it somewhere else, wow I couldnt believe it. I finally figured out the reason they acted like they couldnt hear it, they are the ones who damaged my driveshaft the first time they worked on it. They didnt want to take responsibility of the damage they caused. Now I have to take my jeep somewhere else and will cost alot of money to get it fixed, thanks west auto for taking my 600 dollars and damaging my jeep. You make your choice to go there.
