I won’t talk bad about the service or the products or anything like that because I don’t know about any of those things however I do think it’s kind of unprofessional to advertise your hours as such and then not go by those hours. The website says it the Internet says they close at four there’s science has a closet for when you get online it says they’re actively open and they will be closing at four so me and my family drove the 20 minutes it takes to get here to get bait. We are in Myrtle Beach for vacation just looking for somewhere to go fish and this was one of the closer bait stores however it’s 330 and they are closed. It’s not like they have a sign on the door saying why are they will be back there just closed like I said it might be a great place they might be great people I can’t come in on that I just know that when I came here wasn’t even able to get service so for that I have to get them a one star.

We were on vacation and stopped in to grab some bait.The gentleman that was working was extremely helpful with suggesting which bait to use and gave us suggestions on some different places to go fishing and letting us know what we would could expect to catch there.

Got people walking in and out of your establishment on a Sunday afternoon,Clearly says online on your website open til 4:30pm, but someone walks in at 3:03pm and immediately sees exactly what they need to purchase. And worker gets a attitude and ask customer what are you doing? We are closed..uh excuse me? Then you say you can close at your discretion? Ok well that’s perfectly fine but you need to put that on your website. Purchase would have taken less then 2 mins to complete, and worst part is we called a few days before and person on the phone was super nice and helpful, but let a disabled veteran walk in to make a purchase and and he is turned away. You would think with the pandemic people wouldn’t turn away paying customers.

Had everything we needed to get started saltwater fishing!! Man working was very very helpful.

Went here to get bait a few weeks ago while on vacation and loved this place. The owner is very hospitable and gave a lot of good advice. Prices were good and he had a good variety of bait and tackle. I will definitely go back here when I visit next year.

This is the BEST! fishing charter out there, the owner was super helpful and new all the great spots, i seriously had a blast!

Owner was very helpful, and really knew his stuff about the area. Very helpful in picking out bait and rigs. Definitely would go back there!

They had a fair selection of gear and tackle but what made this place really great was the gentleman there offered up a lot of great advice. They had a nice selection of fresh cut and frozen as well as live bait.

Broke my rod tip, came to Capt Crumbs, in and out in less than 5 minutes, and at a great price!
