Went to get balloons for a special occasion stood in line did not mind waiting when it was my turn I said hello and I would like…..the cashier look right beyond me and started talking to the family behind me and said can someone come help her. Only reason I still got the balloons cause I’m being paid to decorate for someone but I will never spend another penny there I told the other cashier it was rude and she brushed me off also.

Party Heroes did a fantastic job with my Valentines Day order!! I needed to have my order delivered the morning of Valentines so I could surprise my girlfriend when she got home from work. Kyla took care of me and did a fantastic job getting everything together and Alan did great with the delivery. All went as planned and it was an amazing Valentines Day!!

I have purchased bridal shower, birthday, and baby shower balloons from Party Heroes. Their customer service is amazing. Kyla has assisted me each time I shop. Their prices are reasonable. She has offered to order balloons that they did not have in stock that I needed for my events. 10/10 would recommend!! If you need some good quality party decorations fast and efficient come here. I got a load of stuff for my moms surprise bday. Balloons and more balloons, masks, and ribbons. I mean everything youd need they have it. And its fairly priced. The rep I worked with was outstanding. She helped me and informed me of pricing and conditions. I have zero complaints and if I have another party in myrtle ill be going here.

Very friendly service, has everything you need for many types of themed parties. Picked up bunch of football decorations for the big game. They were only place I could find it. Easy to drive right by though if not looking, not too visible from main road. GPS gives good directions. Moderately priced, bit more than other places but they will have what you need.

I came in your store on Thursday evening. I was really impressed by the employees that was there. There was a young girl with glasses and an older lady with dark hair and glasses, very courteous and very aware of your products. I didnt purchase anything but stepped back and watched your wonderful team work. I watched them work on some of the balloons in the store and very impressed. I will be back and will make myself known and hope to have these 2 greet me again. A very great selection of about any items you may want.

Friendly staff. The only dislike - prices aren’t displayed. It’s like finding Waldo looking for a price on an item. However it’s still a nice clean store !

This store has every party supply imaginable! Super convenient for any party theme and the prices are reasonable as well. The staff is also super friendly and always willing to help customers, especially the young blonde girl who works at the front.

Just came today to buy some balloons for my friends birthday. I bought two balloons and one of the balloons seems small. The older lady (I think shes the manager or owner) made me a new one and added one more balloon. I was surprised she didnt even charged me for that and gave one balloon for free! I will definitely be back on this store. Everyone was busy because of the Superbowl balloon orders but they assisted me and everybody else nicely! 😁👏

I came in a few days ago and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady but the name of Zoe. She was very pleasant and immediately asked if I needed any assistance with anything. I explained that I was throwing a surprise party for my wife. She then began asking me a bunch of questions to help further assist me. She helped me pick out decorations and then helped pick out balloons that went perfectly with the decorations. She had to stop a few times to ring someone out on the register but each time she came right back over to further assist me. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends l, as well as this store.

Great customer service! Our favorite place to stock up for our parties and special occasions. They are so helpful, and efficient. I have gone in on more than one occasion needing to find something last minute, and they always come through. They have it all! The kids love picking out decorations for their special day.

I went here to have balloons I had purchased prior filled with helium. The helium was $2 a balloon and I had 6 balloons filled. I also purchased an Orbz balloon from there. I was told that the balloons would last for 10hrs, which it was more like 6-8. Given the cost of the helium/balloons, it wasn’t worth the value.

Amazing selection and easily organized in order to find accessories and costumes.

The prices were a little above average but the customer service was great! I came in about a week ago and bought a bunch of balloons for my fathers 80th. The girl up front was super helpful and so cheerful and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I asked another lady for help and she didn’t want to help at all! The girl up front was very quick at tying the balloons and was super sweet. I don’t remember her name but she did have short dark hair and glasses. I will definitely be back for future parties!

The new management/ownership is not impressive and the change is clearly evident. We recommended a client to order balloons for a funeral memorial and also have them delivered. This was our first order under the new management and we wanted to give them a try as we like to support other locals businesses and give them the opportunity to do business for our event needs. The balloon order was to be used as a balloon release in honor of the deceased. The time set for this was 3.30pm a $50 delivery fee was charged which was fine, but they arrived an hour late. The man who delivered the 75 balloons, then proceeded to let us know that the 6 balloon weights he had used to transport the 75 balloons needed to be given back to him after we got the balloons inside and that the widow had not paid for those are you serious??? an order of 75 balloons and you cant transport and leave them on 6 balloon weights? Talk about tacky and completely unprofessional. We will be finding an alternate vendor to send our clientele to and will not spend another dime here. If getting back the 6 balloon weights that retail at about $1 a piece is more important than delivering an order on time or being gracious enough to accommodate a grieving family, wow. We had to explain to the driver that it was not appropriate to ask the widow to remove the balloon weights and that if they really needed them back we would return them?! he then said, OK thats fine, but really??? it should not have even been a discussion! Find a method to deliver a product on time and in a way that is best and 100% satisfaction for your customers, they are after all who will keep the doors to your store open!!!!

The staff are nice. The store has very limited variety & is not well stocked. The friendly people that worked the register are what bumped this up to 2 stars. Not the store itself. It is usually lacking in the supplies we are used to & high in price compared to a Party City. This is an overall review based on when I have been there at multiple times. Halloween (costumes & decorations), Christmas(chaffing pans & general large party goods), recently for party supplies.Each time what they have is limited & high in price.

I visited your place of business on Saturday evening. What a display of various items. I want to let you know about one of your employees. The one lady up front, with short hair and glasses( I think her name is Velma), was a true display of what an employee should be for your business. She helped the ones that I was with with balloons and how many and all they needed. She helped as well assist some older customers with their items as well. I just wanted to let you know that your employee was super! I will be back and say hello! I would recommend your business to all my friends and let them know if the other employees are as friendly as the one lady, then she is doing something right for your business!

Utterly sad:( I came in because I was planning another party for my roommate / best friend & I was looking forward to getting help from a lady that used to be there. She helped me created a banner of balloons for our move-in party and picked the best colors. Unfortunately she wasn’t around to help and I ended up with nothing://// . I really liked her and the rest of the people just looked super depressed to be there so I went to target instead lolllll . Probably not gonna come again:-/

Very friendly staff! They didnt have a number 2 balloon on the wall and she went and looked in the back and had one left! Not sure why some people say the staff is rude. 3 staff members and all were very helpful and friendly. Some reviewers seem as if they just want to be babied and something for free. Awesome experience.

Very nice at first but came back to cancel balloon order which they neglected to mention BEFORE we paid for it, that it was non refundable. When confronted the cashier insisted she had told us. From start to finish they were awesome. I came to them with pictures and they made my vision become a reality. We had a balloon pop before the party started and they were there within 30 minutes to replace. I will use them for all my party needs. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

Was greeted right away..warm and personable. Store was neat clean organized and well stocked. Prices were very good. Go here for your needs.

Expensive products and awful return policy. Unopened, originally packaged products cannot be returned. Items sold outside of packaging and returned in the exact same condition can not be returned. Store only offers store credit and exchanges. No actual refunds of currency. Would NOT recommend.

If you have a large event and have to over buy with plans of returning any items I would NOT recommend purchasing anything here. They attempted to refuse a return within 2 weeks of purchase and in its original packaging with no damage. This place must be under new ownership....shady atmosphere.

What happened to the old owner? No more discounts? Good service, no longer available. The one young lady with the tsttoos is the only one in the store who is motivated. 2 stores at the beach for balloons, both suck. Both ran by old ladies who care more about their cigarettes and phones, than customers. Was treated with disrespect the whole time. Until the tattoo lady came. Very poor, don’t have much in stock. I spent over $200.00 on supplies for a big event, was trying to exchange or refund some of the items I couldn’t use. And was told because it was Consider catering items they don’t do exchange, I had just bought the items the day before, lest than 24 hours. I work did a very large company and will not be coming back here for any of my Party items.

I planned a surprise birthday party for my other half. I went to party heroes to see that the foil balloon that I was looking for was there. When I was at the check out I ask the cashier Janet? Or Janice is her name (she was very courteous and helpful) “whats the assurance that those balloons that I bought for $54 dollars, $3.99each were not damage?” She said “we don’t have a assurance Ma’am since they we cant test to see it BUT if it is you’re welcome to comeback and we’ll change it or refund it for you without a fuss.” I was like great.But I had this heavy feeling so the next day I went back to return it and just choose other happy birthday banners. In my dismay the people cashier and manager I believe who was there didn’t wanna give the refund bc of1. They said that they are only a small business.2. They said that the balloon was a WEARABLE item??.In my receipt it was clearly indicated that they would do a refund within what 14days or 30? Within the purchase. I didn’t wanna argue since it was already I think the manager who talk to me but it doesn’t matter. They themselves doesn’t have the guarranty that the item/s isn’t damage, basically they are forcing there costumers to buys something to the point that they’re not gonna give back your money. I just think that this kind of system is lowkey stealing from people. What made me very disappointed was bc I was right 2balloons letters H & P wont blow up. Godbless the management
