Jenny did a fantastic job preparing “the balloon to pop” for our gender reveal! We loved it so much!However the store didn’t have many options to choose from for gender reveal parties (that’s something the owners could work on)I was going to look somewhere else, but only because of the big enthusiasm and creativity of Jenny I still decided to try to make it happen with “party maker”. We made it work & Jenny did a great job!!!! Thanks Jenny!😘

Huge Balloon section, friendliest people.

EXPENSIVE!!! I got 6 regular latex balloons for $18. Shame on me for not walking out without them but I needed them. The price of convenience.

I have been to this location several times and have dealt with everyone. Wonderful people and there is a great amount of balloons and decor items to choose from!

I came into your store Wednesday. What a selection of balloons and decor. I was just browsing, but ended up picking up a few things and then more. The employee, Velda asked if I was looking for something certain, and I explained what I was needing, and we put our heads together and ended up with an assortment of items. She made me feel so welcomed and that I had known her forever. She was so sweet and kind. I will be back and hope I have another opportunity to have her greet me again.

The lady was great & helpful. Seems like every time I come to this party store by the time I get home they are deflated. Spent 13 dollars on a ballon, Turned the ac on as told to do so got home deflated, this has happened to me more than once. Very disappointed.

I came into your store on Friday! I was surprised of the ideas you can do with balloons. The store was decorated with all sort of balloon art. I was able to see your employee Velda, do her acts of kindness with different customers. I just thought I would let you know that she is a vital part of this store. She greeted us all and spoke with us like she had known us her entire life. Just keep up the good work and dont let her go...

Great store to get your party needs! They have tons of themes to choose from and always can handle a balloon bouquet in a pinch! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Need amazing balloon displays? Call Party Maker! Cant find that unique party decoration? Call Party Maker! Their balloon displays cannot be outdone. I have seen multiple balloon designs that really set the bar high. Most recently at the school dance, Party Maker put together an amazing group of balloon displays in an under the sea theme...very Little Mermaid like. I wish I could post a picture!No store can carry it all...but Party Maker can order it. Who would think to walk into a big box store and ask to look through their distributor catalogues? No one! At Party Maker you have access to thousands of decorations without having to spend hours online or drive all over town.Whether for a party or just because, Party Maker is always my go-to Party store that never lets me down.

I came into your shop in Surfside, on Saturday. First, I want to let you know that the store was very colorful, with different displays of the balloon art.The shop was busy with ones purchasing balloons and supplies. The lady that was working didnt loose her cool. She handled it all with a smile and chit chat. I ordered some balloons to be picked up later in the day, and she helped with all I needed. I just wanted to let you know I will be back and let others know about this little shop. I think you have a gem in this employee!

I initially had a rough experience with a now ex manger at Party Maker which led to my 1 star review. I will say the owner reached out to me and apologized for her manager and let me know she was no longer employeed with them. Not only that she offered us a complimentary bouquet basket for when our baby is born. Although I do have a small sour taste in my mouth due to my experience with the previous manager, I understand you can’t always control your employees behavior and I do appreciate the hospitality of the owner and doing what was necessary to make it right. I will definitely give them another chance the next time I need some balloons or hosting a party

I purchased a disposable helium tank from this party shop for a 2 year olds birthday party to our disappointment when we opened the box and followed the instructions it didnt work. I called the store an associate tried to walk me through the same process with no luck then I was directed to Debbie. She proceeds to tell me instead of answering me that there is a no return policy on the helium tanks because she doesnt know if we did something wrong or released the air before returning. This she didnt bother telling me at the time of sale or she could have showed us how to set the thing up right there and made sure it was working properly. Thank you for allowing me to never do business with you again.

Customer was good however. Selection is very limited. Prices are beyond ridiculous!! The convenience fee is very comical. As if charging $11 for 6 latex balloons wasn’t bad enough. I definitely won’t be shopping here anytime soon just to high.

I only review when it’s really bad or really good... I just had the worst customer service at this store. I have spent hundreds time and again on balloons there. I asked to put in a small order for the next night and I was told I need to call you back “maybe”. I asked if I waited till later or tomorrow would that be better I was told no we will be too busy.... I will never never support that store so happy that they are “too busy” for my business

They have are under new ownership. So bummed they use to do a birthday club where you got free balloons for kids on your birthday. So I would get my sons balloons and some other stuff now you have to have a minimum order of $25. The other owners were so nice and it was just something simple but nice they did.

I do not recommend this place at all. This place is awful since they changed owners. I have been coming here for 9 years and now I wont be going back. Going to have to find somewhere new.

I came in the store today to pick up balloons for my birthday party tomorrow and one was bigger than the other. The lady tried to blame me for the air going out the balloons but the flat balloon was still bigger the the other.They runined my birthday and my party....SMH.Please advise that they check items before leaving

Had to repay for all my sons balloons for his first birthday party because she didnt have it on record. YET, she had all my balloons bagged with my name and signature and the total came out to be the exact total I told her after she told me that it was impossible I paid that price the girl would have had to under charge me. Asked her to check the cameras...they are coincidentally down at the moment. She was very rude and did not seem to care what so ever.
