Good selection, great staff

I had a great experience at Gateway Supply! We rarely see great customer service these days, so I had to write a review. I needed a utility sink and faucet. The salesman was so cheerful, helpful and nice. I was out of my element regarding plumbing and he was very informative. The store was SO clean- I didnt expect a plumbing supply store to be that clean! I got what I needed and was in and out of the store in a half hour.

I had to purchase all of my supplies for a new home we are building Abby is simply the best she extends her self to the customer always assisting even when things are tight due to the supply chain and Covid in the United States order early and go with gateway

Excellent customer service everybody in there is very friendly. 95% of the time they have exactly what I need at a reasonable price.

I went in and told the lady I had just purchased a shower unit online, but wanted to stop in to see how it was made to make sure it is the quality I am looking for before the contractors pick it up tomorrow. Before I could even finish my sentence to let her know I bought from THEIR website, she got a nasty attitude and said she couldnt tell me what I bought online as for product comparison (she automatically ASSUMED I had purchased from Amazon or similar site). I hope she learned a valuable lesson today, in that patience is very important when dealing with the public which are customers and/or potential customers. She realized she had screwed up and had I not already purchased the unit and need it really bad, I would have gone elsewhere. I gave it 2 stars because once she got off her high horse, she did seem rather knowledgeable.
