I had a brand new carbon bike that about a week after I built it up, I dropped and cracked the top tube. I had heard about these guys and they did an amazing job repairing the bike and making it look like new. The owner was really nice and was highly communicative and accommodating to what I was looking to do in terms of repair. Cant recommend them enough.

My 2012 SuperX is my favorite bike. However, it routes the derailleur cables on the bottom of the top tube instead of internally or along the top tube. This is a poor choice for a cross/gravel bike, as debris can cause undue tension on the derailleur hangers. The rear hanger can be replaced with a screwdriver, but the front one is riveted. When my front hanger snapped, I sent it back to Cannondale, who caused damage to the carbon frame attempted to remove the lacquered and riveted part. They told me the frame was a write off. However, CoastalCarbon was able to fix my bike. It now performs flawlessly. While I do not care much about the looks of my bike, the touchup paint is truly flawless, with the same clear coat. Having seen their web page, this was not one of their challenging cases. However, they were quick, reasonable and showed fantastic craftsmanship. They literally do not make bikes like this anymore, so I am hugely grateful to them for their work. I can not recommend highly enough.

I sent my frame for a repair and repainting. The work performed was excellent and at a very competitive price. The bike looks brand new. I also received periodic updates which was very helpful. I would highly recommend using Coastal carbon.
