They fixed a height problem I was having with the handelbars on my Diamondback bike. Raised bars about 4 - riding is much easier on my back now. Installed a good quality mirror. Mechanic was very knowledgeable with Bicycles. They do top notch work 👌. Reasonably and people you can trust, highly recommend!

Great local bike shop here! Patrick is the best. He remembered us from a month and a half ago even though we were just in briefly that day. Today we stopped in to see if they had any of the bikes we were looking for in stock for our son. They had the exact one he wanted in stock! After being told in May that we could order one and expect it around October, this was a big, very good, surprise! Patrick was super friendly and helpful and told us about a local bike team and introduced us to the head coach. He also made sure the bike was set up just right and let us know some good accessories to buy. Definitely recommend Pee Dee Bicycle to anyone in the market for a bike or needs a good local bike shop for parts or service. Will be going back for sure! Thanks guys!

The shop is really good. They have a selection of bikes. But on this visit I was just getting service. The guys were super knowledgeable and help me get my pretty technical problem resolved quickly. Recommend.

I was looking all over for a bicycle (any bicycle, I just wanted to be outside). Everyplace was sold out from Charleston to Florence. I called Pee Dees and they immediately picked up. I was told a bike was just built that would be good for me (based on my height & want for a casual bike thats good from dirt roads to pavement).I drove from an hour and a half and took it for a test ride. The bike is a Jamis Citizen 1 Step-Thru with EZ-Fire shifting. They did a few pre-inspections and ensured I was good to go with a helmet and all. They walked me through the PMs for 25 hour plus making sure I had the knowledge and what was needed to care for the bike.This bike wasnt good for me, its perfect! I got home and rode around for hours.I was so desperate for a bike I didnt even check the cost prior or verify until I got home and looked it up. The price point was the same price as the listed MSRP which excludes the shipping costs and assembly pricing.Obviously, the dog likes to nap under it!

My fiance and I went in to buy bikes, I hadnt been on a bike in a number of years. The whole process was great, we felt like we were being shown the right bikes for our needs and everything was explained in a way that made sense. After we bought the bikes the owner delivered them to us at home later that day. Its been a couple of months and the bikes are exactly what were told they would be- great quality, great staff, great experience over all.

Nice people and great service. They solved my problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Great customer service I would highly recommend them for any bike repairs or any bike related matters.

Although I didnt buy yet Im very pleased with the customer service at Pee Dee Bicycle. The salesman took his time explaining different bicycles and asked questions to help me determine the right bike. Like everything else these days if you have to order a bike it takes a long time to get it.

Since there isnt a bike shop close in my home town I thought that while in Myrtle Beach I would contact a bike shop for some cone wrenches. I had passed Pee Dee Bicycle Company several times in the past so I dropped them an email. Vaughan answered quickly, and I told him what I was looking for. He gave me a reasonable price, and said they would be in the next day. He even called me when they arrived. You cant ask for any better service than that.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was just riding by and popped in to inquire about some shoes. I didn’t end up buying anything but as I am new to the sport they got me measured up so that I know my size in the future. Definitely want to support this shop when I am back in the area.

Myself and my wife went around town to different bicycle shop looking for a entry level road bike for myself. I knew I wanted a great quality bike but wasn’t sure what was going to fit my needs. After going to several bike shops in Myrtle Beach today, ended up at our last shop Pee Dee Bicycle Company. We were greeted right away by Fabian. He asked all the right questions. I was in the bike business when I was younger. A lot has changed since the late 80’s......lolSo Fabian walked me through every step of the way on my wants, usage and needs I was looking for in a bike. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me and my wife like we’ve known each other for years. He suggested a Trek road bike for me. Fabian sized me up on the right bike. Had me take a test drive etc.... Bottom line is that I can go buy a bike from anywhere. I’ve decided to buy at Pee Dee because of Fabian and the staff there. I felt like family. I would highly recommend Pee Dee Bicycle Company.

We rented four bikes on a family vacation. Although the website said there were no bikes available, we tried coming in to the shop and they said they had some bikes that had come in that morning. We got quickly set up and were on our way. We encountered some minor issues with one of the bikes, but were very pleased with the customer service which was above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend and we will plan to come back here on a future visit.

Highly recommend their repair services. Had a gear shifter go out on my 18 year old bike. They quickly diagnosed the problem and noted a number of other problems (broken spoke, wheel out of alignment) that I had not noticed. I ended-up getting a complete tune-up along with the repair and couldnt be happier with the results. I now have an 18 year old bike that runs and looks like new! Should note that this was during the virus quarantine and they were following all of the CDC safety guidelines.

On vacation in Myrtle Beach and noticed my bike was not working. Googled for bike repairs and this shop had great reviews. They actually seemed glad that I stopped by. Instead of telling me to bring it in the guy went outside and helped me unload (of course I am 62). Simple repair and was able to fix it in the parking lot. So nice to find great customer service even though I am from out of town. Hope they do well.

So I have an old mountain bike. It fits me like a comfortable pair of old boots. Im sure the parts are hard to find but it did not stop the awesome technicians that repaired my rear rim. No sales pressure,just super friendly service. I am in the market to get a second bike and i will not hesitate to buy it at Pee Dee Bicycle. These folks will take good care of you.

Me and my wife went into this shop today, we are visiting from out of town, I was very pleased with the people who was working. The girl that was helping was very knowledgeable about bikes. I took my bike in to have the wheel trued and they had it done in no time. I even about left with a brand new bike. I will make it a point to do business with pee dees again.

I have purchased 3 bikes at PeeDee in the past 2 years. Had a problem/request come up on one of the bikes so went to PeeDee yesterday (Dec. 16) The manager somewhere in the rear section of the store would not even come out to speak with me in person. He just sent the salesperson to blow me off and suggested I go me to the Myrtle Beach Bike Shop.I should have waited until Jim, the owner, was in the store, as he is a very fair and personable person and I am quite sure he would have treated me differently. In the past everyone there was friendly and helpful, but then again they were acting as you would expect for someone trying to sell a product. But to the personnel on hand this day, a past customer just wasnt worth the time. All I asked for was someone to come out and discuss my situation.I gave the second star out of respect for my treatment by Jim in the past.

Late one afternoon on a bike ride home I felt a click and clack. Stopped at Pee Dee and Vaughn diagnosed the issue. He fixed some bearings and adjusted some fittings and greased up my gears and my bike was better than new. Highly recommend Pee Dee.

I had the best experience here when I went searching for indoor cycling shoes. This was my first and my last stop in the process. It was busy with other customers, but a man that was working on bikes in the back came to the front and assisted me. I expressed that my purpose in shoes was for better performance at a cycling class at the gym, and I said that one day I want to be able to take the shoes outside on a mountain bike.They had several options and Bradley explained them all and let me try them all on. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He explained the brand they carry, Bontrager, they have a 30 day return policy if you arent happy with their product.He took the time to pick out what was best for me and my goals. Never have I been somewhere with better customer service and knowledge of product knowledge than Pee Dee Bicycle.I highly recommend this shop and look forward to purchasing one of their bikes in the near future.

Great folks here at Pee Dee Bicycle. I had lost a part from my bike on the trip here so I couldnt secure my front tire. They had what I needed in their odds and ends been and got me fixed up. Really cool folks here.

Great bike shop, fun people! More than just selling and fixing bikes, they have taken an active role in promoting and growing the cycling community in Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. Leading group rides, sponsoring events, taking part in the entire community. Add to that, they really do fantastic work, know what they are talking about, and dont sell something that isnt actually needed. Fair to say, Pee Dee should be looked to as a role model of bike shops.

What a waste of time. We have been actively pursuing returning to mountain biking and narrowed our choices down to certain brands and models. Since this shop was a noted Trek dealer we decided to make the trip down. When I ask for the particular bike I was interested in, I was shown someone elses bike and claimed it was a demo. Not even close to my size. Bikes will be back in stock late July.Hold up. In the middle of the season and you have no stock? Or even a suggestion, a possible substitute, questions as to what we were looking for, the type of riding. our favorite color, zodiac sign,...Zilch nothing, nada.When my wife showed interest of a bike on display, the response was the same. Total lack of interest. We received better service and response at the bagel store next door.Off to Wilmington, where we were helped with our selection(s) which resulted in purchases.We wish all the best to all local businesses.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and googled bike shops. PeeDee was relatively close by so we swung by hoping to get some service before the close of business(it was almost 5pm). To my surprise, they greeted us and immediately took my bike in for service. While there, I checked out all the fantastic bicycles they had hoping they didnt have the correct tube for mine(they did), so that I could convince my wife that I needed a new bike:). If your looking for fast friendly service, look no further. If you want to wait and get tired of looking at beautiful bikes, there is a bagel shop and Italian restaurant next door, golf carts are also sold in the same shopping center.....Thanks for getting me riding again PeeDee!

Wanted to give a shout-out to Pee Dee Bicycle, they saved me! We bought a bike online and attempted to put it together, brakes are tough if you dont work on them everyday! Took our bike to the place down the street and was quoted $50, yes thats right $50, to finish assembling the brakes on a brand new bike. Totally discouraged and upset, I called Pee Dee! They came to the rescue, I brought the bike in and they had it good to go within an hour and for $19.99 ~ yes $19.99, just in time for my sons birthday!! Thank you so much to Pee Dee, you really saved me! Im a local shopping local, thanks Pee Dee!!

These guys can upgrade your not so cool bike into a really really rediculously cool bike. Plus they sell high quality new bikes. I definitely recommend this place over other bike shops on the grand strand.

Had a flat tire at 5:45 yesterday call Jeff even though they close at six he told me to come up and they would help me I have a difficult bicycle with fat tires you have to get it lined up perfect they fix my tire got it lined up and von stayed after six to give me 100% customer satisfaction!
