Marc Preston put in our camera / doorbell. We tried a battery but with traffic in front our battery soon drained. We had to call back within 30 days but as soon as Marc realized the problem he called his boss and they agreed to put in a switch to household current. He was very thorough, knowledgable, and professional. He is a great representative to the company and very very easy to work with and takes the time to make sure the customer knows how to operate the system. Thanks to him and please pass along a attaboy for a job well done
In late of May 2021, we had Mr. Al Stephens a security advisor come out to our home to give us an estimate on how to fully automate our home. We ended up purchasing three outdoor cameras and one doorbell camera. Mr. Stephens is totally amazing, he gave us a very reasonable price and was so amazing into helping us out I’m explaining all the cameras and all the products that we would be purchasing. We will definitely be coming back to him for multiple purchases for indoor cameras soon and a smart thermostat too. He is very professional, very funny, and just overall a joy to have in our home. He explained everything that the technician was going to do and all the price points and all other questions that we had were answered. Also, the technician that came out was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did an amazing job setting everything up.
I realize everyone may have a different experience with ADT, however ours has been terrible. From the beginning the service has given us problems, especially with the front door camera. Just yesterday we had a very large box placed by our front door next to the camera. The person had to walk in front of the camera to place it, then place the box next to the camera. Never received alarm, no motion on camera, and we just charged the unit so it was fully charged. They replaced this unit a few times within six months, but still does not work properly. The same with our front camera. We had numerous reps come to our home to attempt to get the units to run properly, however each rep brings a different story on how to adjust them. Still encounter problems. We have called, complained, had managers attempt fix problems, and here we are today with a security system that does not give us the security we thought we were paying for. Our contract is up this August and I cannot wait to cancel this horrible system that does not give us the security we are paying for. We do not recommend this system to anyone! We have stopped calling ADT to complain because nothing gets resolved when they come out.
We had an awful experience with an unprofessional, rude ADT technician this past Monday. We lodged a complaint with ADT. The customer service and continuous follow-up we received from Alicia Daniels and Manager Earl Bunn have been exceptional. Based on our complaint, Mr. Bunn has promised to provide additional training to this technician and other service personnel under his supervision. ADT provides excellent service and this one technician should not be allowed to tarnish its reputation.
I had adt by blue since May 2020 but, I lost my job in January 2021and wanted to cancel my service.They would not allow me to cancel without paying the early termination fee plus for the equipment that I cannot use. She told me it would go into collections. Which means I would be stuck with a bill on my credit report. 1600.00 dollars.I will never get ADT service again or tell anyone else to try it.There are other security systems out there with no contracts.ADT locks people in so they would have to pay no matter what happens.Pandamic or no pandemic situation.
The tech was well-qualified for the simple instillation stuff, but dropped the ball with more complicated requests, like integration with Alexa or installing outside sensors without running wires across the exterior. My updated system now routinely spams my email.

I transferred my ADT service from California 3 years ago. They provided less service at more money, but I stuck with them. Last week my front door came open slightly from the wind. As I sleep soundly I never heard the alarm or the phone call. I found the door open and alarm turned off. They never called the police. I cancelled my service and found they never updated my address to SC and most likely dispatched police to my old address. I am glad to be rid of them.
We own Smokers Town in Florence and have been dealing with Joe Kohler for 2 years now and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. He’s very knowledgeable and does all he can to take care of us and explain everything to us. He comes greatly recommended.
ADT MB is so awesome! They came to my home and the gentleman was so polite. The guy (i forgot his name) but called to let me know he was on his way. Definitely call them for your security needs.
I love the pulse system and cameras. My mom lives with us and it certainly gives me peace of mind to be able to pull the cameras and make sure mom is ok. The remote view is just awesome. System works great!
I didn’t wanna give one star.. I got the home security system as result of being shot at my own home.. I have been Miss lead of the capabilities of the camera system since making the initial order. I have called an expressed my concern an ask to speak to a super visor.. when someone calls back it is sales agent trying to sell me something else.. if u r looking for outdoor security please do yourself a favor an do not use this company.. they are selling cameras that will record when triggered for 30 seconds. After that 30 seconds they will not record for 60 seconds.. Ladys an gentleman it doesn’t take a scientist to see that is not security... this is someone selling u a product who could care less about u.. they r concerned with getting u in contract an selling something that u do not need..
I had the best experience with my home security purchase from ADT and Joe Kohler. He was so professional and had all the answers to my questions. I would recommend ADT to all my family and friends.

Their 1st introduction of the service is not totally true a person is led to believe you get all the extra security but when the tech comes for inspection you receive nothing without adding up the price ofthe system for $54.00 a month all I received was with dow and door alarms with a keypad. I could of gone to Lowes got the same stuff plus more for a lot less and without a 3 year contract.
Unfortunately we needed a security system but fortunately Michael Suhay was our agent in this process. Michael was professional but personal and took time to explain options that matched our needs. So far very happy with the service.
