On the evening of August, 17, 2021, Matt and Ryan arrived at my home in Charleston, SC. My original appointment was scheduled for the morning of the 17th, but Matt’s and Ryan’s scheduled had been overbooked, and they were left with few choices. They called me at 3:15pm to let me know they were heading my way. By this time, I had gone to another appointment, and would not be home for another hour. They originally said that I would need to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule with them, I was told that I needed to reschedule with Best Buy. I said I would not do that. In fact, I had passed over 3 dates in order to get “the first” appointment of the day, and because I had waited all day for them to show up, that I was not going to reschedule. They looked at their schedule and moved some things around and were able to come to me at 6pm, They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. They did a fantastic job installing my TV and setting the programs up and teaching me how to use it. Matt and Ryan salvaged my relationship with Best Buy, which was heading down the drain. Fabulous! had called two other companies for help. one wanted too much money just to come out to my house, other had terrible customer service. driving down 17 i stumbled on this company. Thank Goodness! professional courteous friendly, they came right out to my home next day and fixed a minor issue affecting my home sound system. very reasonably priced also.I would def recommend and utilize their services on future. Thank You.

I asked them to install two cameras in the house. One of which I wanted placed within the wall. At a later point, I didnt want them to place the camera in the wall. They are both Amazon Ring systems. First, I could have installed that on my own if I bought them... second of all, they didnt seem to understand what I wanted done initially so they had to come back a second time. So I wanted to paying $500 for something that probably could have cost about $250 on my own. So instead of just doing the honest thing and saying were going to sell you the system and I would pay their markup, they charged me extra money. You should take care of the customer and be on their side regarding what theyre buying from you. I would have gladly paid just the markup fee. Next time, figure out what your customers want regarding a plan of attack first before you come over.

So pleased with the service today. Both Mitch and Zack were very professional and went out of their way to make sure that our new 65 inch TV was mounted and working perfectly. They explained as they were setting it up. Thank you for an excellent job.

When it comes to technology this company has it together.They go out if their way to engineer what you need at very competitive prices. They hung Three TVs and did a Wonderful job. they bring excellence and years of knowledge to do the job right. And If you go anywhere else you will be wasting your time and money.

So pleased with the service today. Both Steve and Chris R were very professional and went out of their way to make sure that our new 55 inch TV was mounted on our screened porch. We initially could not get the Wi-Fi working and after the service call Chris R called back and suggested that we make an adjustment to the Fire Stick and it works like a charm. I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Rick and his employees do excellent work. They’ve installed my alarm system and security cameras. What separates the firm (to me) is the very quick response to the rare times when there are issues. I strongly recommend Rick and Premier Satellite.

My wife and I have used Premier Sound out of Myrtle Beach for all of the AV work at our home in Oak Island, NC (over the last 5 years). Weve had a couple of different technicians service us, and they all have been super. Recently, Rick, the owner, came out and was outstanding. He even spent quite a bit of time prior to the visit in helping us pick out a television, which we eventually couldnt even buy from him due to the TV being very hard to find. Premier came to install a flat screen TV at our friends beach condo. The TV was to go above the fireplace where 2 large pictures had been mounted. Premier came out quickly the day they were called, gave an estimate, and came back the next morning to do the installation. They were able to cover the holes from the pictures. The only holes they had to cut in the walls were to install receptacles for the electricity and the cable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, neat, clean, and left no evidence that anything had been done to the walls. It was definitely a professional job. The Smiths were very pleased with the work and getting the TV mounted. They certainly recommend Premier Sound, Satellite, & Security!

The entire process with Premier Sound was awesome. Our home was struck by lightening and basically fried all of our electronics. After filing an insurance claim my next call was Premier Sound. The initial phone call was probably the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. They understood my need and frustration with our recent events and wanted to do everything they could to get our home back to normal. I spoke with two clerical employees (Patty and Jackie) who were both amazing! They answered my questions and was quick to find an answer when they were not sure. In addition, they also made filing the claim easy as they were able to assist with the appropriate documentation. A quick appointment was scheduled where Rick came to our home and assessed the damage and created a report to provide to our insurance company. Once the claim was approved, I was able to approve the replacements needed and a quick appointment was scheduled. Taylor and Matt both arrived on installation day and were both VERY professional. They took the time to explain what they would be doing during the installation process. In addition they took the time to program and show me how to operate the new equipment and even ask me to do a return demo. Now that is customer service! Last, they ask if I had any questions and returned anything they moved back to its original location. I can honestly say, I wish more businesses took customer service serious. We have so many businesses that do not place their customers first, but Premier Sound should be proud of their employees. I will be a returning customer with Premier Sound for sure! Bought a bigger TV and needed someone to remove my existing TV from its mount and install the new one. The guys were here for leds than an hour, dismounted the old, unboxed the new and hung out on the wall. Couldnt be happier with the service and the two gentlemen who preformed the work. Guys did great work on a full sound system.. Very careful around the house. Everything works smoothly. Nice system and they integrated some of my old components well. Not inexpensive, but no more than other top installers and worth it. All their guys were very polite, but Anthony was also a great problem solver.

Steve and AndrewWe’re both very professional, took their shoes off and wore masks.They installed our new tv and were able to use current tv wall mounts and did not need to move sound bars. They reset up direct tv remotes.Plug in headphones would not work with new tv. They recommended Bluetooth headphones.Great job all around !

Made to back to our home after an extended leave. After we got settled late in the evening, my wife and I decided we needed to move our TVs to a wall mount. I started researching and found Premier Sound. I contacted the number and left a message( about 730 pm ). Shortly I received a text from what I found out latter was the owner. He told me he would be back in touch with me after he finished a service call he was on. Again, shortly I received a text back and I supplied a photo of the work I need to be performed. I received a quote and schedule. The appointment was kept on time The work was awesome along with the electrician Michael and lead service tec Anthony. The work list got larger once the men arrived and the owner accommodated us not only while his men were still here but in pricing also. I definitely will use the company again. Two guys came out this morning and took down an older 50 Plasma TV and installed a new 75 TV over my fireplace. They were very courteous and took only an hour to complete the task. I had a pretty terrible experience with Best Buy but Premier Sound Satellite and Security helped make it a little better. They came back several times to make sure I was satisfied and Kristin at the office in Myrtle Beach helped me to get the correct pieces and she dealt with Best Buy directly to make sure the final trip here was a success. Very difficult for add surround speakers to our new home and made the decision to go with in ceiling speakers manufactured by Atlantic Technology to match our existing. These are not the run of the mill in ceiling, providing many configuration choices, which I thought I provided Ben with the correct information until I read differently. OH NO! Out came the ladder to check my mistake and behold, Ben correctly installed the speakers!!!! How rare is that!!A technician actually knowing what the hell they are doing! A breath of fresh air. I built a new custom home and wanted a some some sound and TVs options. The builders wiring contractor, not an AV expert, did not leave me with the basics needed for the remote location(s) of my equipment. I was left with an empty conduit.After trying to deal with this myself (diy) and things were horribly messed up I reached out to Premier Sound. Richard came by and quickly listed the changes needed. The installation of our security camera system was done quickly and in a workmanship fashion. At our request, they returned and aimed the cameras according to our instructions for a nominal fee. If we expand the number of cameras, they will be asked to install them also.
