They were not friendly at all as no one bother to acknowledge us. We looked at the tiles and carpets but no one made any effort to talk to us let alone help. Found a tile we liked but no help there. They hid in their cubicles so we left. Found it elsewhere.

We literally walked in yesterday to get a quote and they had the carpet in stock and installed it today! The install crew even brought a vacuum and did the first vacuuming for us!They carpeted about 1500sqft of our home. Not only were they cheaper but the owner Langdon personally measured the house and was able to upgrade the pad we were going to use while still being cheaper than the other guys.

I visited the showroom about a week ago and was paired with one of their salespeople in a relatively short time. I told them what I wanted and was directed to two carpet displays to select samples. I found something I liked and they gave me color swatches to take home for color matching. So far, so good. I was told one of their installers would contact me shortly.The next morning the installer called and we agreed to meet later that afternoon. The installer showed up as scheduled and in a matter of 5 minutes the space was measured. The installer told me he would forward the yardage required to the salesperson the next morning.After several days, I have still not heard from the store. I called to ask what was happening and was told the salesperson had to go out and would be back later that day. They took my name and hopefully forwarded it to the salesperson. Unfortunately, I have still not heard from the salesperson even to let me know something had made it difficult to get my pricing sooner; a compete black hole of communication.Perhaps my one bedroom with two walk-in closets wasnt significant enough to get their attention. If by some chance they change their mind and suddenly find my business of value I will be happy to update the review.

I had a great experience with the guys and gals at Shoreline!!!! Attention to detail, promptness and quality were all perfect!!! I’m still in shock when I walk into my store and see the transformation they did. I love it and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys! Y’all are the best!!!!

Service in the store is poor. On my second visit employees were walking all around and someone finally asked it they could help. Was told they work on commission. Not sure that is a good thing. Went by store today to get more information. One employee was at the desk. Saw me come in and knows I am the customer of another employee, who was in another room. The first employee didnt bother to tell me where the other employee was nor call them to let them know I was there. Two other employees were in the back eating ice cream. Both looked up at me, then proceeded to ignore me. The person that helps me finally looked around the corner, put down her ice cream, and came to help me. I told her I needed specs for my HOA for some sound proofing underlay. She said it would have to be ordered. I asked whether they carried the underlay and didnt they have specs in the store. She seemed insulted and indignant that I would ask such a thing. So far I havent been impressed with this store.

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish! From Shannon’s cheerful greeting and personal assistance to the installation professionalism of Shawn and Chris, our vacation home has been refreshed! Shoreline’s “can-do” attitude to get our carpet installed during a recent visit, even with Hurricane Dorian bearing down, was greatly appreciated! All went above and beyond our expectations!!

Vickie was fantastic from the start! Considering we started in May 😉. They installed our floors, 2 bath, kitchen, dining room and hall way in a matter of 6hrs. The install crew was superb! From start to finish. They put all furniture back in place. Even put my chili back in the fridge that I mistakenly left out! Thank You ALL for a great experience!

Great experience from start to finish. Shannon our sales woman was helpful when it came to picking a floor, following up when our HOA declined the first floor, finding a new floor, scheduling install. We love the floors and they were installed beautifully, and very quickly.

Shannon (works in the showroom) is extremely knowledgeable about her products. The installers showed up right when they were supposed to and worked efficiently to get the job done. They were very cordial and took great care in moving the furniture, etc. Highly recommended!

If I new how I would put one and half starWent talk to sales took home sample. Call had employee come take measurements.To hive us a price for square feet.NO CALL, NO RESPONSE NOTHING !!WAITED THREE DAYS CALL THE STORE ask for my salesman. GUESS what his response was. Its our busy time. So I asked him it only square feet a simple math can figure it out. His reply and I QUOTE I am going to get someone to help me unquote.Its now been 7 days tomorrow no call no price. So how do you think there WORKMAN SHIP WPULD BEDONT DO IT !!GO TO THE OTHER FLOORING STORES.OR WHEN YOU GET STUCK DONT COMPLAIN

We purchased flooring from this store recently and was very pleased with the professional service in the store, during the installation, and post installation. Although we had issues with the quarter round molding not matching our wainscotting, they quickly responded, and fixed. They kept in touch with us the whole time as they had to find a wood specialist to come out and repair. Miss Barbara was fantastic, really knew her stuff and so very helpful. Langdon, one of the owners came to our place a couple times to offer suggestions and find the right guy to fix our issue. We couldnt have asked for better service. This company truly cares! We highly recommend this store.

When we came in the store we had been to several other places. Vicki showed us several things then offered an alternate option for our flooring project. The next morning she showed up right on time to take measurements and provide us an estimate. We agreed to a price and date for the installation. Her crew showed up on time. They were very professional. They took pride in their work and were done in short order. In short, the entire experience with Shoreline was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installation of tile in foyer & dining room, remove hardwood floor glued to concrete slab. Barbara said their crew of three workers, (Shaun, Chris, & Noah), would complete the work in two days. Excellent workers, we are very happy with the new flooring and the professional on time install.

The selections were beautiful and the staff was better, very professional and competent.

Ive had floors installed before. Shoreline did it fast. The materials used were excellent. One thing they should do is have the quarter round painted to match the baseboard. I had a company in Florida that asked us for the paint to match if we had it. We did. Our baseboards now are white. We have plenty of paint to match. The job isnt done until the quarter round is painted. That is the reason for a lower than a 5 rating.

Great store for flooring with wide choice of carpets. Good fitting service using enthusiastic and efficient team. Good value for money with quality products.

Pitiful customer service. Will not give a quote in writing. So they just install it and hope your happy with the final price.

Stopped in at the Myrtle Beach location and asked for a representative to give us a quote for LVP flooring. They said they would call with a scheduled time in a couple of days. It is now 8 days later and no call. If this is any indication of their reputation, will never use them.

The company was contracted through a third party do not trust them in your home they stole something out of my home I called the company that hired them,never heard from the owner of the company they left the box very disappointed

This is by far one of the worst flooring companies I have come across. They quality of their work is really really really bad and I just had $20,000 of tile put in and the grout is already loose and along with some tiles. Keep in mind in this same house there is already existing tile flooring with no grout or tile issues.Definitely stay away and go with another company

Had a Sales person come in and measured the floor last Tuesday and she said that she would email the quote next day . I havent heard from her since. Its over a week a go. Maybe she didnt like my decoration or she thinks my money is not the same as rich peoples money.
