Employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were very friendly and went far and above being just a salesperson or cashier.

My wife and I went in to ask a few questions about a pair of walking shoes I was having a problem with. The sales associate named Tim was very helpful in answering our questions. I tried on a pair of walking shoes and they were wonderful! I bought them. Tim was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. he is very knowledgeable. We came away satisfied.

I hadnt been to an outlet mall in quite a while and was disappointed in the prices. Outlet stores always had the best price...not anymore. The New Balance prices were $20 more than what I could get online! The store is clean & they are doing there part to follow CDC guidelines. Just not happy with the pricing.

Line was slow due to one register but they have a large selection of what I love...shoes!

I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit well. I am on my feet all day have to have great shoes. An employee named Warren was FANTASTIC at helping me, and didnt flinch when I tried on ten different pairs. I bought three, and would have bought nothing without Warren. He took the time to look at my feet, the way I stood, and suggest several different items to try on . Thank you Warren

A must for people with wide feet. New Balance is the only store I can walk in and find shoes that fit every single time.

I love my new tennis shoes. They are so comfy and really support my feet and legs. I received great help. They had a special buy 2 get one free. So my son has a new pair of shoes...happy happy

My dad had 2 pair of new balance sneakers & on both pairs the bottoms were coming off. Not expecting a whole lot but we thought we should bring them in to talk to someone about it, but we were completely taken aback by how rude the manager was. His name was Jeff and had started to argue and raise his voice with my dad. Jeff mentioned that if he were my dad, he would have never even walked in the door. Jeff continued to talk back to my dad and I am devastated by the lack of respect. I am in the customer service industry and would never EVER talk to someone like that. Being respectful is something that every person in the customer service industry should instill in their values. Please always remember that you’re not just talking to a person, you’re talking to someone’s son, daughter, mom, dad, friend. Etc.My dad is the sweetest and the most loyal customer (has over 30 pairs of new balances) but will never return to any new balance store or website and neither will I or anyone else that I know

Someone was asking a question and I accidentally lost them! But yes the New Balance store is at the Tanger Outlet Mall North in Myrtle Beach not North Myrtle Beach, but north of Myrtle Beach just before you get to the 22 interchange heading north on 17 you will turn right or if youre heading south obviously you will turn left but yes they have an outlet there with fantastic prices!

On January 4th I purchased shoes that I paid $167. I have had these shoes more than 2 years now and would highly recommend the quality, when I clean them they still look very good, I wear them almost everyday.

Stopped in today and witnessed the manager Jeff completely degrading a customer. It was probably one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible. Plus their shoes just fall apart within a year anyway.

They had a pair of shoes in the marked down area that was pricedhigher than the new ones. When I told the sales associate, she said there was nothing she could do about it and walked off. When I questioned her about possibly wanting to help me with another shoe she kept walking and didnt really respond. There were two other employees that were within distance of me and neither one offered to help. they need to take lessons from the Asics store down the block from them. I am a local person not one of the tourists that they might encounter one time and not have to worry about seeing the again.

Small selection compared to a regular shoe store. They also had clearance items priced higher than regular items. Makes no sense. You cant charge a premium for shoes that you couldnt sell to begin with.
