If you are a North Face fan, this outlet is a must. Every rack has a 40-60% off tag - and they mean it. If you ever wanted one of their signature fleeces, you can snag one for under $50 (original retail $130). The staff here are also great, very good humored and courteous. We were helped by Jeff, who checked on our visit and made sure we found everything ok. By far the best North Face store I have ever visited.

I liked the friendliness of the staff in this location. Ive been to many different The North Face stores but never felt special as they treated me in this store. I cant recall the names of the staff crew but multiple people on the floor and during the checkout was very helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!

The same was any other outlets. My issue was with the guest service desk. The woman was flat out rude. My husband walked in behind me and she basically told him to get out. He missed the sign that said one person at a time. Honest mistake but no excuse for her to speak to him like that and then basically chastise me like a child saying several times there was a sign. I heard her the first time. Will not return.

Bought a nice thick winter coat & a lighter jacket here for less than what the jacket alone cost. (Coat was originally over $269 & Jacket $139). Coat was 60% off lowest price, Jacket was 40% off on sale. Ask for Jeff, he was a great help!

This is a great outlet location with a significant variety of stores to choose from. We scored some great deals at several shops of interest. This is one of the nicer outlet malls that I have visited.

Shhh🤫Dont want too many people to know but I got another great deal here and received amazing customer service 2 days in a row. 😁😏 I purchased a light but very warm hip length rain coat and my mom loved it so much she wanted one too so we had a wonderful shopping experience here. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. Will most definitely visit this location again. The team was awesome!

I love the north face outlet. Their prices are unbeatable. I love the quality of north face and the lines of products available. They are very upfront about what their outlet store holds and what the various tags means in terms of products. I live in Charlotte, but repeatedly come back here to keep my wardrobe up to date with clothes that keep me cool and comfortable. I love being able to look classy and pseudo professional while wearing essentially active wear.

Great deals. But took FOREVER to checkout! There was at least 8 people in line waiting. And only one cashier. While the manager was standing there talking and looking at all of us in line. Close to 15 minutes for someone to assist with the line

For it to be an outlet store. The prices were very high. I walked in and walked out.

I shop here twice a year while on vacation. The prices are very reasonable. Todays trip was different. The associate Morgan went above and beyond to help my experience. She worked with me like my personal shopper. She was very quick to offer suggestions for alternate items when my size was not in stock. She was awesome!

Please train all associates in customer service. I went in for a simple exchange, got nothing but attitude from the male associate (didnt get his name, no name tag). The other female associate walked passed us twice with no communication or greeting. I guess she was too busy trying on jackets for herself since the security censors were still attached to the item she was wearing .Male associate walks to back room to check inventory 30seconds later comes out with a No answer and a blank stare. A great employee with customer service skills would have searched the sales floor (which he didnt even look), figured out a solution to the problem, and be apologetic to the customer. Your employees that I interacted with today lack several customer and people skills, for such a highly respected brand like North Face I would expect better.

This location can be a little tricky. I shop there frequently. If you wear extra large dont waste time. Just ask an associate if there are extra large garments in an area that offers a good sale deal. Some of the better deals offered on any given day dont have extra large on the rack if choices

I love North Face! The only trouble is I spend money every time I walk through the door. You never know what you will find in there. I even bought my summit jacket here! It was quite a score finding a jacket for subzero weather in Myrtle Beach.

Stopped in here the other day and was blown away at the deals that they offer here. Got the kids and wife some new jackets and some shirts at 1/2 the cost of the regular priced items that I could purchase at Macys. I definitely recommend stopping in here if you like the brand because they have some great deals!

North Face stuff is pretty good but usually very expensive even at the outlets. However, my wife and I went during a Labor Day sale and we were able to score a ton of great stuff for an upcoming trip a great prices! Very happy camper!

The discounts were amazing, beyond thrilled with the prices. I have been to the north face store in Maine, not even comparable, in terms of real discounts. Couldnt find my size in one jacket and one of the girls offered help and found it immediately.

The sales people are very friendly and willing to help if needed. Very clean store and easy to get around the clothes racks.
