First of I dont understand the mask policy. What is the purpose of being vaccinated when you are still required to wear a mask. Secondly I was checked in before another couple and because the guy stated he had to pick his grandson up from school he was seen before me. If you know you have a prior commitment dont schedule your appointment so close to that commitment. This same guy was not required to wear a mask after I was told I had to wear one. The lady at the front desk was also not very friendly. Will not be going back!

My eye exam was an absolute breeze. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My eye doctor listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was fitted properly for the correct contact lenses. I am beyond grateful for the help I received for my eye exam. This was my daughters first eye exam and I couldn’t be happier with the way the staff treated her, she was nervous going in but everyone was so nice and explained everything so well to her when we left she said that the eye Dr. is her favorite Dr. now and that’s saying a lot coming from a kid who HATES doctors! Couldn’t be any happier!

Confirmation email does not say this is really Lenscrafters. If I wanted Lenscrafters and to be dogged about buying over-priced glasses, then I would have called Lenscrafters. I just wanted a good exam. But I didnt get that far because the map said they were near Bed, Bath & Beyond. Walked the entire length of the mall and back and still didnt see this place. I walked inside Lenscrafters and asked about any other eye place in the mall, not knowing where to find this place. No phone number in confirmation email. Poor mapping. Deceptive advertising. Never got an exam because after going back home and calling the place, and being assured theyd take me right in if I came back - they started dealing with 2 others while I waited. Then..... those stupid masks. Fogged up my out-of-date Rx glasses I was wearing. I just wasnt a happy by then. I still need an exam and glasses. This is my 2nd attempt at getting new glasses somewhere.

My experience with Coastal Grand Eye Associates was excellent. My optometrist and the staff were friendly, efficient, and very professional. (A refreshing experience in an area that seems lacking in competent medical services.) I was in and out quickly but still felt taken care of. They were also very helpful in finding ways to save me money when it came to purchasing my contact lenses. I walked out totally satisfied and paying a fraction of what I had expected.

I always have a great experience here - the eye exam is thorough, and I like the option of paying a little extra for the full picture of my eye as an alternative to the dilation. Dr. Meghan Loher is great - she pays attention and talks through any concerns, making sure my eyes are healthy. Because of an astigmatism, finding the right prescription is tricky for me, but I am really happy with the glasses I have and with the care I receive. Thank you!

The doctor and staff at your Myrtle Beach location love their customers and it shows from the moment you enter the store. I was extremely impressed how each team member was able to multitask, on what I would consider a busy day, i.e. schedules appointments, complete orders, grumpy customers, etc, etc. Each continued with their day with a smile, most importantly they took the time to get know each and every customer. I am really impressed LensCrafters! You won my business and thats extremely hard to do!

Very unprofessional, I never had such a negative experience before. Took exam for 3 times, never got it right. Nobody helped me with this issue, try to contact GM and owners, these people are unreachable, manager Mary stating that there is nothing they can do. If you can’t get the prescription right, you should not charge for something you not providing. Who ever in charge or this place you have an issue contact me ASAP.

If you are not in network with eyemed dont waste your time calling. Tried calling 4 times no answer. 5th time I got an answer asking me to hold. Was on hold 14 mins just to find out they do not accept my insurance.

Easy to make an online appointment. The staff was very friendly. The doctor took his time to show me how the brand new machine worked that gives a more accurate reading during the eye exam. The staff was also quite helpful in helping me choose the right pair of glasses for me and made sure that I got the best deal thru my insurance. So glad I came to LensCrafters!

Great experience from start to finish

The Dr. was great however I was given a date to pick up glasses got to LC to be told “we didn’t receive it yet”. It should have been there the following day because it was Fedex the night before. Called the following day was asked my name placed on hold for 7 mins the person came back on the line and asked my name again to which I replied nevermind. I called later and I asked when should I be expecting my glasses to which LC replied They didn’t know.

Made the appointment, entered my insurance online. Went to my appointment and filled out the paperwork and was then told by a very snippy receptionist we dont accept your insurance. Could you have told me at some point that you dont accept my insurance on the phone, after requesting it in an email or in person BEFORE I drove there AND filled out the paperwork. The receptionist with the nasty attitude is the only reason I made it a point to do a review.
