Both workers we saw had their masks down on their chins. Yes even as they rang out our order. CVS is usually so good about masks. Don’t go here.

Left my wallet in the ladies room in the very nice attendant tracked me down and made sure that I found it and got everything that was inside of it back. It’s nice to know that there are still some good people out there thank you CVS

Ive been using this particular pharmacy for well over 15yrs now. For the most part the pharmacy staff has been pretty consistent which allows for a personal relationship. Thats what you need when dealing with sometimes very sensitive and personal information.Nekia is I believe pharmacists assistant or tech, not too sure of her title but shes been here forever with multiple pharmacists. She is FANTASTIC! Fast, efficient, kind, courteous and above all of that even when she has RUDE customers she maintains an exceptional level of professionalism! I relocated to the North end of town and Im bless to literally have a CVS on my corner I could walk there, however for my pharmaceutical family that I know and those that know me I travel to the south end! Thank you 512 S Kings Hwy for always going above and beyond!

The cashier James (receipt at James on it) was very rude. Will not come back even if it’s out of my way I will not come back.

They are so sweet with me all the time. I came every week because I coupon and they treat me very good. Is my preferred store in horry county, (the others ones ..... No good service at all.) Thanks for been nice with me all the time.

I spoke with nicest woman in Pharmacy ! She was very pleasant and helpful with my question ! Her name was either Kris or Christine! Good customer service for sure

The staff needs some customer service trainings! Im on line with my mom who is 88 years old, the line started to build up. Another clerk opened up, and I guess he said next on line. At the time I was engaged in conversation with my mother. He said it again in a sarcastic way the next in line whos paying attentionI had to stop myself from giving this man a piece of my mind. I stayed on the original line, the man in front of me was buying a large bottle of mouthwash. this clerk tells this man, your a homeless persons best friend, thats what they drink .... come on CVS. TEACH YOUR CLERKS TO BE PROFESSIONAL. SAD PART THE FIRST GUY WAS PART OF MANAGEMENT !ILL CALL CORPORATE TOMORROW!

Since I moved to Myrtle Beach, I have been a regular at CVS. I find the people, especially in the pharmacy, friendly and helpful. When ever I go here I find what I am looking for and then some. Employees are never to busy, for at least a hello!

Was their 3 days prior service was good the man put my cvs# in then calledMe buy name was greatToday the lady wouldn’t lift a finger to put# in and then yelled at meAnd I said It is just a cvs card no need to yell over something so small.She had no costumer service at all. I would have no problem giving this location a five star rating were it not for very sour I know everything and you dont extremely rude cashier. i had dis-agreed with this lady about a date refill issue. next thing I know it was like having a battle with one of my siblings when we were 10 years old. Ever since that day and no matter how much I try to be nice to her, she continues to treat me as if I were a piece of dirt. Her name is Nicayla. being in business with 75 employees I would have fired fo treating a 30 plus year customer of CVS the way she did. I just recently had to call the store as the recorded message spoke of 3 prescription refills and there should have been 5. When the woman I am refering to answered and I asked if she could just check to look up and fill all that were due fo be filled and asked if I could pick them up on Saturday December 3rd. i got yet another rudely spoken answer as to her looking into it. Saturday afternoon at shortly after 2 PM I had not yet received a text notifying me they were ready. I phoned and requested refills on the automatic system. It should be noted that I spoke to this woman shortly after 5 PM on Thursday. It is now Sunday December 4th and I got my text at 10:15 AM. They are ready.

Thought it was closed upon arrival but was opened. The older ladies in there are very very kind and know alot about the area and are very helpful when it comes to questions

It is 10:19pm. This is the 2nd night in a row that we have tried to stop here. They say they close @ midnight...

Took cashier 3 minutes to figure out how to use a gift card.

My aunt went there to get her 5 year old daughters medicine and they acted like she was stupid since we are from tn and were on vaction.

Friendly staff but could stand to be cleaned.
