Lovely shop and lovely ladies working there! I stopped by during my visit to Myrtle Beach and spent way too long browsing while my hubby waited in the car. I purchased two lovely yarns, but decided I needed a second hank of one of them when I got home. LUCKY ME! I was able to order another through their shop! Not only is the the same dye-lot, but it came in an adorable little bag! HIGHLY recommend!

Was visiting this beachfront area and decided to visit Knit n Purl since it was rainy. Not a very good selection of yarns in my opinion. Owner wasnt overly friendly.

Visiting Myrtle Beach from California, of course I had to visit the local yarn store. Very impressive selection. Great samples everywhere. I look forward to coming again. I bought the Beachcomber shawl and yarn, beautiful colors. The person who helped me shared tips from the class and helped me take pictures of their sample! Great service.

My recent visit was disappointing. The shop has a great selection of yarn but the ladies there were very snooty. I saw patterns I liked and the yarn selection was exceptional but that doesn’t make the visit pleasant. I felt inferior when I asked a question and I have been knitting for 50+ years. Being pleasant isn’t hard to do just be interested when someone asks questions. I will not visit the shop and purchase yarn from them. There was an “older” woman who was very pleasant but the younger ladies need to find some southern charm and do it quickly.

Was welcomed when we entered even though it was busy. My tattoo sleeve didnt scare these ladies and Molly caked up my DK I needed for beach knitting! Bathroom had the CUTEST sheepy museum in it and it was clean and smelled great. Other clients spoke to my husband. Great experience.

Phyllis, Molly, Michael and Terry are just wonderful. I wish I lived in Myrtle Beach full-time so that I could go there to sit and knit EVERY day! I felt so welcomed and any questions or help I needed was always answered so that I understood how to accomplish my project. Everyone is so helpful and patient. I just love everyone there and all the wonderful yarn. Cant wait to go back.

What a great yarn store! The people were so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect yarn for my project. I wanted yarn to make a shawl that would remind me of Myrtle Beach and I got it. I made a mistake when buying a pattern and called the next day and Martina sent it out right away. I would love to go back and spend a day knitting. If you want a great yarn selection and friendly people Knit & Purl is the place to go!

Id planned my Myrtle Beach trip several weeks ago. The first place I looked for was a yarn shop. This place came up. I visited their website and planned to stop in during my time in Myrtle Beach.Fast forward today. My sister and I walked into the store and the woman behind the counter gave us a look as if we must be in the wrong place or that we were unwanted.At no time were we greeted or asked if we needed help. While checking out another customer, who apologized to my sister and I because her purchase was taking too long, the woman behind the counter answered, Oh theyre fine.I must assume because my sister and I are African American our money wasnt good enough for this store. So when I cancelled my purchase, instead of handing me my change the woman slammed my change on the counter.I really was looking forward to my visit at Knit-N-Purl. However, bad service and racist behavior ruined that for me.So I want to warn all African American Knitters and Crocheters not to step foot in this store or spend your money there.

Owners were super friendly, didnt mind my kids running around, and turns out one of them is from near me! Small world :) had a great selection and prices are very reasonable. wish I was in Myrtle Beach more than once a year so I could visit more often! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely shop and very helpful staff in Myrtle Beach. The best part besides the yarn, is they are now carrying needlepoint canvases and supplies.

This place is a knitters haven. Friendly staff, floor to ceiling yarn, classes for anything you need help with and a large table to come and socialize whenever you like. This place is definitely my happy place!

The staff at Knit-N-Purl are GREAT instructors of the relaxing art of knitting! I havent reached the relaxing level yet and often come into the shop to get some help with the oops in my projects. Everyone patiently leads me in the right direction! Love yall!!
