I had a contractor buy partitions from you to install in our restrooms about 5 months ago, One of your staff came out and measured for themselves to make sure the order would be correct. My contractor pick up the partitions from you to install and they were not the right size and had to re-order. fast forward about a month after the install all the hardware started to rust we had your guy come out and after talking to your supplier they determined we used some kind of abrasive cleaner that caused the rust and would not stand behind their product. I pointed out the our other 6 restrooms in the building that had 20 year old hardware was not rusting and we use the same cleaner throughout the building. Well today I took a magnet and stuck it on the hardware and guest what it stuck to what is supposed to be stainless steel

This place is great. They have everything you need. The staff is amazing.

Had a broken garage door and they came the same day I called, fixed the broken spring and the charge was very reasonable. Called another company and they said they could come day after tomorrow? In the meantime, these guys came, fixed the problem, and didnt charge an arm and a leg like some of these emergency service people do. Id call Coastal Contract Hardware and Eastway Lock & Key anytime with confidence.

Great location in Myrtle Beach... Wish they were open longer hours, but they had just what I needed and could make all of the Keys that I needed.

Did not have my key will orderit and will be in in a couple of days will call me. No call have called myself few times have neen back few times still no call and no key. Terrible will not reccomend.

Ordered door hardware August 7th of this year still waiting on the parts December 1st..
