If you need windows, Window World is the way to go. Our installers were wonderful. Be sure to ask for James and TJ. They are professional, conscious of their work and just wonderful installers. The only negative thing about the windows was waiting on the windows to get here, but that was not their fault. You really cant go wrong with Window World.

Excellent impact resistant windows. Installation was flawless. The siding had been expertly replaced so there was no outside evidence of the work done. Astrit installed two impact resistant, 8ft. wide sliding glass doors in 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. He was professional, hard-working, on-time, skilled and extremely nice. It was a hard job and he handled everything perfectly. Very hard to find professionals like Astrit in this town!

We recently had two sliding glass impact doors replaced/installed. Our entire experience has been pleasant from our sales meeting with Tim, trips to the showroom, scheduling with Cindy, and installation by James and his crew (Chuck, Matt & Ty). We had to co-ordinate a trip from out of state, and the installation team arrived on time as promised. James kept us in formed of the tasks they would be doing throughout the two day process. The team was most professional, polite, and very efficient. We liked their attention to detail on things we would not have noticed or taken for granted. The disruption to our daily tasks were minimal. at the completion of the installation, we could hardly tell a work crew had been there - the clean-up was that good. Any minor issues or questions we had were quickly addressed and remedied. Thanks to all for a pleasant experience.

We had high impact windows installed to replace existing windows. This was very pricey, but gives us peace of mind for hurricanes and tornadoes. The installers Astrik and Mike did an outstanding job. They were obviously professionals when it came to the installation. Also, they kept the areas clean and did a great job (each day) picking up after themselves. I would recommend Window World to anyone who wants to undergo this process.

I had a 4 season room added to my home. Astrit, a very fine Greek gentleman, did the entire installation by himself. This man is a master of his work and a perfectionist, and a level never leaves his side. If you decide you want a 4 season room, go to Window World and only let Astrit do the job, even if you have to wait on him. His work is worth the wait.

I had new windows installed and Astrit was amazing. I expected at least a 2 person crew but he did it all. My home has vinyl siding and I knew it had to be removed to take out the old windows. Since I knew Astrit’s history as a siding installer for 15 years my fears were abated. Astrit did a fantastic job and even it was only 7 windows, he got them installed and closed up before he left for the day. He returned the next day to do the trim work. The difference in these windows and what I had was night and day; really no comparison since what was removed was builders grade and non-functioning.I’m thrilled to be able to open my new windows and get fresh air into my home.Thank you, Window World for a great experience from the sales pitch to the final product and installation.

Had all of our windows and sliding glass door replaced in 2007. Over the years there have been a few seals that have broken, causing the windows to cloud. All I have to do is call the office and provide the serial number off the window - a replacement is ordered. They call me when the replacement is in to schedule an appointment, and the switch-out only takes 5-10 minutes. I have found them to be very professional, and have completely stood by their warranty. After 12 years of doing business with them, I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the real deal. Helped me with all I needed from storm windows to doors in my new investment home. Very efficient, friendly, and family operated !! This is the second install on another house. The first install was excellent. (8 years ago) This was equally excellent. A seal broke in one window and I called thinking Im going to have to pay. Surprise! I received my window no charge. Just like they promised 8 years ago.

Went into office to set appointment, came on time following Monday & took measurements. Was told it would be 2-3 days for the estimate....waited a week, no estimate. Called and left VM . Left me VM in return. No estimate ever given...Never got an estimate or a follow up call or E-mail.....guess they have enough business and didnt want mine....My next contractor gave me an estimate in 3 days, on time, very reasonable and could install within 1 month. ( W.W. told me they were 6-8 weeks out after windows arrive ) however, they could bump me up on schedule for a little extra $..

So far so good brought windows a few years ago have a moisture problem with one didnt exchange words they order the window will be in about 4 weeks. Will update with the results. Thanks Window World They did came and replace the window . These are the best and beautiful windows . I do recommend Window World for all your window needs .

I spent almost $3000.00 with this company for some windows. They were efficient and the windows are very nice. However, 1 window had a break in the seal and was cloudy almost immediately upon installation. So I ordered a replacement per their warranty. Called back in 6 weeks and they had someone in the area so it was installed the next day. NOW, I just received a bill for $25.00 for them to make the trip here for the replacement. I called them to express my dissatisfaction. The fee was not waived and they are standing by their charge which is not listed in their Warranty. BTW, this is my third window I have had to replace but I was never charged in the past nor informed about this current charge before installation. Be careful!

Not only am I IN LOVE with my windows I have to say this company really cares about their customers. I spoke to Rhonda on the phone and she was personable listened to all my needs and concerns. Scott was our installer and he showed up in a timely manner, completing the job way faster then expected! I will never use another company for my window installation we are truly blown away by this business!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Spent $20,000 on windows NOT installed correctly and caused MAJOR Damage to the inside & outside of my house . Numerous attempts to fix these issues with no resolve . Scott refused to Fix or take Responsibility of all the problems, caused from his sub contractor who installed them.Window World sub contracts the jobs and the customer service is terrible. I’ve hired a Lawyer since it’s my only option . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t deserve 1 Star .
