I recently purchased a ceiling fan from Butler’s and I am so happy with it (Fanimation). The customer service from Ellen was top notch! I will definitely go back there for future purchases.

Our builder provided us with a preferred list of vendors and we chose Butler for our lighting since they are local, they have a showroom and I wanted guidance in selecting the correct fixtures for each space. I have two issues. First, they are about 20-30% overpriced even with their 10% discount- but thanks to a lot of legwork on my part they price- matched. Second, there was one pendant light that simply did not fit the space, but since it was installed they would do nothing to make it right other than ordering a different one at my expense Overall, I have spent close to $3000 and they would not budge on one $228 pendant ( originally $275 until I found it cheaper elsewhere). Poor customer service- what a disappointment.

We were looking for a new chandelier for our dining room and went to Butler Lighting. Lighting specialist Katie was extremely helpful to us in selecting our new chandelier. Katie placed the order and it was received faster then the quoted shipping time. Butler Lighting provided us excellent service.

My wife and I went in several months ago to just really to look around and get ideas for our new construction....well, we ended up actually buying everything that day. Thomas and several others helped us as we were bouncing around from bathroom lighting, exterior lighting etc...etc. At no point did they ever seem frustrated or inconvenienced. They were honest in their opinions and thoughts as to what lighting would work best for us. My wife and I are EXTREMELY happy with the service and products provided to us. I would highly recommend them.

Butler’s lighting hands down is the best place to purchase lights on the grand stand. Somuch to chose from you can’t go wrong. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Also great customer service ask for Thomas.

I have been to Butlers several times over the years and found them to be knowledgeable about different fixtures (a rarity in the age of the big box stores). Theyve helped me select the best lighting for my home and also offered good prices. If youre looking for lighting in the Grand Strand - whether youre replacing a sconce or doing your whole home - Id go here.

I was looking at some of the products at this if you can call it a store when the manager walked between me and an associate and asked me to leave. Perplexed I asked why he said by the look of you you just cant afford things here so stop waisting our time. Classy guy

1st, I own a chain of retail stores.We preach to our employees, without customers we are nothing.Appreciate everyone of them, they could be your last.I drove up to Butlers in Myrtle Beach on a Friday at 4:50.As I approached the front door a staff member quickly ran to start turning off lights.That should have been my first clue.As I entered, the front door said open until 5:00.A middle aged lady quickly approached and asked what I was looking for.Chandelier and sconces for a formal dining room.I was quickly directed to go to their web-site.Now, if I wanted to look at a web-site, I would not have driven my car to personally visit their establishment; would I???In short they where of no help.I said the five of you all are apparently in a hurry to leave, are you open tomorrow? No closed on Saturdays.I explained that my wife and I just purchased our home, we get to MB late on Fridays from out of town and my wife and I have the weekend to work on the house to get it ready to move into.Their comment gee dont know what to tell you.As a business owner I know what to tell you help the man out.Then they repeated, here is a card, go to our web-site.NOW why would I want to spend money with folks that could not take 10/15 minutes to help me, when I took my time to come patronize their business?Need I say more.Lighting for a home is a very personal touch, that requires patience and time to do it right.Dont plan on getting it at Bulters.
