I bought a drone at this store and the first time out of the box, it would not take off.

So many options… i like the cases. Workers are so cool.

I haven’t shopped here since but I bought a case from them one time. When I went to activate the cases warranty (had life time) it was already registered. I ended up just throwing it out because I live 4 hours away and I was home. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them at all. I’d rather go to Best Buy or somewhere I know is a legit store.

Shop sells a lot of cheap, china made electronics, so just know that going into it, but besides that theyve got good prices on what they do sell

This place is a rip off. I went in and got a price on phone covers. They were 9.00 and went back a few days later with Roger and his phone the same covers he said were now 16.00. then the guy argued with me about it and said he never said that. He is a lying. Very rotten people.

I don’t post much on reviews but take my word on it. Do not waste your time and money on this place. We bought a drone for our kids for Christmas and when we took it out of the box the controller would not even come on. Did I try to take it back???? no. I got to reading the comments of other people and it seems we are not the only ones that has had this problem. Even their phone protection screens they put on your phones are not worth buying. It damages your phone more than anything. I really don’t know how this place still has its doors open.

Bought a $150 drone the day before we left vacation. They had a working model in the store and we specifically asked if we got it home and it didnt work if they would replace. He said yes. We got it home, and the very first flight, it disconnected from the phone and took off really fast on its own. We spent 3 hours driving around looking for it and never could find it. The box had no manufacturers name to look up the product. We looked at the receipt and the name and address of the store is some place in North Carolina. The name of the cashier is different on the receipt. And the website on the receipt is bogus. This store is a complete scam

I changed the screen for my iPhone 8plus and they did a great job, I also got accessories for it and for my kids phones and We love them, they have a big selection to choose from. The staff is very friendly and they helped me and my family with all we needed. Definitely coming back.

Went in with my nephew to have his screen looked at on his phone because a corner was loose. Guy removed the screen and put it back on. That still didn’t fix the problem and he was still charged $20z As we were walking out my nephew tried his phone and some buttons wouldn’t work. We went back in and asked for the guy who fixed it and one of the workers said don’t call him a slave and to calm down. My nephew was calm and never said anything about a slave. The one guy who fixed it was cool but the other two were very rude and disrespectful. No wonder why they only have a 2 star rating. Never going back. I would have given ZERO stars if this let me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I bought a phone case here using my debit card and now fraudulent charges are being debited to my account. I had to cancel/lock my card. Do NOT use your debit/credit card at this merchant.

Bought a drone from this place and followed every direction and the thing just started falling apart. First the camera then the blade and I still havent been able to get it far enough off the ground to see if it flies.

Decent selection of items for your phone, primarily just cases and some drones.

Bought a dongle, and it didnt work. Also got a screen protector and it barely ever responded to screen touches.

I bought a drone and the first time I flew it the blade broke off I tried to get a rrund before we even left Broadway at the beach and they said they couldnt refund. So dont waste your time or your money

They were very nice and gave us a great deal.

Bought a cable after the salespeople didn’t know what USB-C was and they tried to charge me the wrong price. Got home, it didn’t work. Returned two days later to return it and they absolutely refused to give money back.

So I brought 2 cases and the dang guy stole my original clear bumper case I called the number off this sight because no number was on the receipt and was told this is the wrong number and I live an hour away never again!!!

We love that store, we go there every year and they have great selection and good price.

Uncooperative and lazy. Despite Broadways policy of having to park beyond the yellow line to make room for patrons, they feel as though they are more important than everyone else. Routinely park in the fire lane and obstruct other business owners who need to load and unload stock and generally clog up the road. Not to mentioned fill the fire lane should fire, EMS, or law enforcement needed to use it. Apperantly cell phone accessories are really really important.

Got earbuds, didn’t even work, they were $20. There were off brand AirPods and they were selling them for $50 trying to tell us they were on brand, and Walmart had them for $20!

Their “AirPods” are $50 when you can get the same pair at Walmart for $20 and my earbuds I got did not work when I tried them about 2 hours later and the staff is very rude

Bought an external battery case for my iPhone. It doesnt work at all. The product has no brand or manufacture, and the receipt has no information. Even the name of the store is spelled incorrectly on the receipt. Multiple reviewiers saying product not working. This place is probably overlooked because its in a tourist attraction area, but its basically a fully operational scam. Dont by anything from here, just go to Best Buy or something.

Friendly staff, awesome place

We were quite literally just there, and basically pushed out upon arrival. We were told that we could get $15 dollars off of a product if we left. Class act these people.

Broke my iPhone 7 plus home button and wont fix it sorry it worked before and now it doesnt worse customer service ever. Buyer beware....
