Today (06/08/21) we had several new pieces of bedroom furniture delivered and we simply must comment on the two fellas that delivered it. Arkiem and Joseph were well dressed, very respectful to not only us but our home as well, and took extreme care in bringing the new furniture in and placing it in just the right places. They were a real treat for us compared to other delivery people that have been here before them. Those two gentlemen are a fine example of great employees.

Terrific selection and competitive prices. Kelly was wonderful, very helpful and efficient. Well definitwly go back. And we saw the commercial guy!

They have quality furniture, name brand manufacturers at much better pricing than JK Home Furnishings and better quality furniture than Rooms to Go...you can pick put your own fabrics and have it delivered usually in 3 weeks...I suggest bundling several items and negotiate a better price

This store is AMAZING! I went in there looking for a dresser and I found exactly what I wanted within five minutes! I worked with Penny Sutton and she was so helpful, nice, and actually cared about my wants and needs! I paid $50 to deliver my dresser all the way to North Myrtle Beach and the movers were so sweet and genuine! They carried a HUGE dresser up a flight of stairs and did not complain one bit! Everyone at this store is accommodating, easy to work with, and not pushy at all. I will def be going back for all my furniture needs! You should too!

This place is the real deal in Horry County, South Carolina. After visiting four other businesses in nearby Myrtle, I found exactly what I was looking for. More than three quarters of the store was beach, coastal, shore themed. They even provided an additional discount off the ticketed price.The besr part of my visit was they played country music inside. Will never buy there again. Two months after buying our sofa the arms and cushions were totally pilled. Brought a cushion to the store. Advised this was normal and told to buy a sweater shaver and shave the sofa. I did and it looked ok but feels like sandpaper. It has only been 8 months and we are embarrassed to have anyone sit on it. Advised a friend furnishing an entire home not to shop there.

We have bought numerous pieces of furniture here. Its usually next day delivery (or take it home that day if youd like) - no waiting weeks like the big box stores. From sale staff, to delivery staff, they are the best. The delivery guys were working in 100 degree heat and still had a smile on their faces and great personalities. We highly recommend Wholesale Furniture Gallery! They are the best!

We negotiated our price, custom ordered a sectional. It actually DID arrive, as promised, within 3 weeks. Sales Woman was fantastic, and quality and prices are so much better than other furniture chains.

We have bought a couple of pieces from them.They are always very helpful and have great prices. They never pressure you, let you take your time. We wanted a kid’s bed and the only one we liked was the top part of a bunk bed, they took the time to look and were able to sell us just the top part of the bunk bed for our son. Very nice sales staff, will definitely be back again.

I moved to Myrtle Beach May 2017. I purchased several rooms of furniture from Wholesale Furniture Gallery. My bed set has been a nightmare since I bought it. The mattresses have caved in, with a ridge down the center which makes you roll off the bed.The mattress has been replaced 3 times. Each time it does the same thing. T J. The manager even came out and agreed there was a problem with the bed. He replaced the box springs thinking they were bowed and added another support board. Still you feel like your rolling out of bed.I called in to report this last mattress was doing the same thing. Mark the assistant manager refused to refund my money and take this bedroom set back. He thought he could bully me by saying he has sold mattresses 28 years and what Im saying that is happening with this bed isnt possible. Mind you Mark has NEVER came and saw the problem nor does he have to try to sleep in this bed. That he will not refund my money and that he would replace it one more time and thats it!! I believe its the bed frame itself with the support system causing the problem. Either way I have asked for them to pick this bedroom set up and refund my money after multiple attempts to fix the problem, including me upgrading the mattress thinking maybe that would help.Mark is a bully who thinks he can shut me up on their failure to stand behind what they sale. Their own delivery men have told me they have seen this happen many times with mattresses and that these mattresses were discontinued, which was never disclosed to me.I think you should think twice before ever buying anything from this company. If I knew the corporate name that they hide behind I would take them to court.Mark should be fired, and my money should be refunded for this bedroom set. Buyers beware!! They do not stand behind what they sell. They are fully aware there is problems with this bed.

We purchased a couch and a couple large pieces there, everything was delivered on time and in good condition. We went back in to buy a bedroom set and the one I wanted wasnt on the floor, but I really wanted to see it before buying so we got the price for it and were going to check a store that had one on the floor. Our sales guys gave us a write up with the discounted price just for us... when we went to the next store to take a look at the actual furniture the sales woman there gave us a quote, without special discounts and it was $1,000.00 less than our special price from Wholesale Furniture. Needless to say we purchased it from the second store, and although we had already spent a significant amount of money and were working with the same man on the next purchase he never even followed up to see why we didnt come back to finish the transaction. I cant even imagine how much we over payed on our first purchase. They turn em and burn em- there is no concern about the customer or their experience it is simply who can make the sale the fastest at the highest price and get them out. Very disappointing.

WHOLESALE FURNITURE IS THE BEST....A couple of years ago I found Wholesale Furniture and furnished my whole condo. Last October I sold condo and most of the furniture with the sale. I had such a good experience with Wholesale I went back in October to furnish my new home. All of my new order was ordered and came on time, except my special order leather sofa and love seat.I ordered in Oct and still have not received it. BUT I AM NOT AT ALL UPSET. After about 8 week of no living room furniture and sitting on folding chairs, I spoke to Mark and Robin....Mark and Robin exceeded all expectation helping to rectify our dilemma ...I recommend not going anywhere else, STAY WITH THE BEST

Not happy. Purchased a bedroom set and the bed was on back order for 2 weeks. Then is was another 2 weeks. And now today got a phone call from them. Stating it was going to be another 2 weeks. Their vendor is bad at getting furniture to the store and customers. Will not recommend this store and will not be back to purchase another thing.

If you want condo furniture this place might work. Stopped by to check out end tables and ask for solid wood. Told by salespeople that they dont sell it and need to go to a better furniture store and I did!!!!

We bought a bedroom set in August, 2018 and everything went well. The service was great and delivery was timely. My only concern was that the bed was not assembled correctly. My husband noticed thast the footboard was loose and the bed could have fallen apart. He is handy so he was able to screw things together properly. So just check all the nuts and bolts prior to them leaving. Otherwise, no complaints.

We shopped around looking for the best value, not just price, and found Wholesale Furniture to be the best overall. Then, when they delivered our piece, it was handled timely and professionally. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase, and will return to pick out our future furniture. Thank you to Shell, our sales lady, for making this an enjoyable experience.

We built a new house and needed to furnish it. We went to Wholesale Furniture and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the furniture is great and prices are reasonable. The furniture is tongue groove/dovetail - not particle board or cheaply made wood veneer. We purchased a leather couch and loveseat, leather modern recliner and tv stand. The couch/loveseat were custom, so we are still waiting for delivery but the recliner and tv stand were delivered right away. The service from the sales staff and delivery staff was excellent. We were so impressed we went back and purchased a dining room set and bedroom set as well. We are still trying to decide how to decorate the other rooms in our house - and when we decide we will go back here for sure.

Great place to buy furniture. I recommend them to anyone. We purchased a Vaughan- Bassett King Bedroom Suite and Mattress from Sissy, a sales-woman there. She was very helpful and even turned around after she left work one night to come back and help us. I never mentioned it, but my mom is a manager at a furniture store in FL. I was telling my mom all of the prices on the bedroom pieces Sissy was giving us. To my moms surprise she said they were cheaper than what she would sell it for. We never talked to the manager, but Sissy was able to get him to price match a Sealy Optimum mattress that we found online for a significant discount. We had shopped at several stores around the Myrtle Beach area, but no one had the quality, prices, or customer service that Wholesale Furniture Gallery had. Thank you so much Sissy!
