Had a problem with my switch call the guy talk to him He gave me a reasonable price if he was able to fix it. I just spent like 3 hours there he tried to work on it on the spot he wasnt able to fix my switch. However He tried and they are very nice people to talk to and I enjoyed my time there and he couldnt fix it so he charged me nothing

Lacks professionalism, I will not be back sad to say. Couldnt fix my switch or controller at all, and just wasted my time and money.

Literally made my Xbox controller worse. Brought it in to get the drift fixed on the left stick, now the dpad down is permanently engaged. Cant use my $150 controller now. Not even a call to let me know what was going on. Not one call. Thanks a bunch, asshats. 0/10 would not recommend.
